If your relationship with God is a big part of your life, then you know that relationship needs to be nurtured. Sometimes one thought leads to another, and before we know it, we're in a downward spiral of negative thoughts.
Years ago, before mental health care was trendy I found myself in Michelle's office upon recommendation of a friend to deal with trauma related issues. With new skill sets, EMDR, study of family of origin, the recommendation of an intensive therapy stay and group therapy with Michelle I am now present in my life.

Reaching out to Redeemed Life Counseling, LLC was the best decision we’ve ever made.
