The answers may surprise you - there's not a whole lot of difference between any of them! All licenses can practice therapy independently, and are all licenses awarded by the state after an individual meets strict requirements. The main difference can be found in the educational approach received during their degree programs.

How very sad, what our medical system has become. We went to them seeking care and they flat out refused any level of care because we cannot afford the outpatient program. Told us none of their doctors will accept my son if we don't follow their recommendation. So now, he gets no care? Just a sad and broken money scheme.

Daughter was discharged 2 Weeks ago, after 8 weeks. Had appointment setup with nurse Nancy today who decided to cancel right before our appointment. It's a video appointment too. Obviously this company isn't in the business of helping their patients when discharged. The transition was the worst, my daughter is running out of her medication they put her on and now I'm looking for a new provider. I also found our own therapist for same reason. I'm pretty sure I was canceled due to the holiday today. Also I asked for receipts for all the charges of service 3 times and still haven't received. For a

Horrible place. Counselors are wonderful however the billing dept is horrible. I tested positive for covid and was sick and unable to attend my video appt. Of course it slipped my mind because that was the least of my worries but they charged me a $150 fee for rescheduling the appt less than 24 hrs and was not willing to waive it. The billing dept said I canceled another appt back on 12/31 so they can’t waive the fee a second time. I called before 24 hrs to cancel and reschedule the December appt due to the holiday. It was a complete lie to charge the fee.

I’ve had a lot of crazy/stressful things happen in the past month or so and was needing help with a psych appointment. They were not available but after learning about what was happening with me personally, Erica went out of her way to help me find a new therapist tailored to my specific issues. I can’t express how grateful I am. You guys are so sweet and awesome!

They do not take into consideration extenuating financial situations when considering waiving the $150 late cancellation fee. This is about 2/3 more than the amount I would have paid for my session. I called and shared that my budget was tight at the moment so couldn’t pay for session, they still charged the late fee because I canceled late. It certainly put me in a tighter spot. I called and tried to explain my situation and they said that is their policy. Will be canceling all services with them because this definitely does not help with my mental health. I mentioned I could pay later on, if

I don't really know much about the actual office due to visiting my doctor on the phone via video calls. But I will say I'm glad to have been able to get help from here. I wrote a review on sharecare.com about my doctor Bernice Fomunung. And I hope she does well! Best nurse practitioner I've ever been able to see. and I hope others will think so too.

I've been working in the mental healthy field for a little over 5 years. This is the first and only mental health place I have worked at that values their employees mental and emotional health just as much as their clients. I feel supported, heard and appreciated being an employee here, which can be rare in this field. I am given recognition and praise regularly, which really keeps you going as a clinician to continue to give your best to others. I am thankful to be at CWG.

There are not enough good things that I can say about working at Connections Wellness Group! I first started as an intern when completing my Master's degree in Counseling and then I had the great opportunity to get hired on as a group therapist. From the moment I stepped foot in this company I have been supported and guided by every member that I have come across. I am blessed to be part of this amazing company and the amazing work that we get to do every day!

I cannot say enough great things about this place, the comments talk about billing and medication issues, so maybe they listened because the billing department calls me and keeps me updated and they check twice a week to see if I need refills on meds. I want to thank Phoebe, she is an amazing therapist, so is Sarah, the nurse, Darren, Michelle, Sarah the nutrition lady and everyone else that is helping me in my healing process. You guys are amazing, THANK YOU for everything.
