It is going on 3 years of being in my apartment and I am very unhappy with the following:
1. No consistency of picking up the trash ($20 monthly fee)
2. Two Additional charges for the common area (pool, leasing office, exercise area etc...) to total at least $70 monthly. This started about 3 months ago
3. Being charged for pest control, but they have only sprayed once in 2 years ($5 monthly).
4. Change of delivery of packages, we now have to go to the post office to pick up packages.
5. Water & Sewer has doubled even though my living conditions have not changed (i.e. 1 individual in my household

Lived in the community years ago, it was great but its even better now with the new management. Jennifer is a manager that cares about you and not just your money, she made applying for an apartment effortless with the quick responses and resolutions to my issues with the application. She is great and the renovated apartments look great and up to date as well!

I moved in 3- Years ago, The office staff and Maintenance are very nice. However this may be my last lease with them simply because it take to long to get any repairs resolved , The stairwell stay dirty and I simply don’t like the fact that the apartments control how much your water bill and sewer bill is going to be. I noticed that every month my water and sewer gets much higher. They also added a common area charge without any notice. Now on this month there is a common area2 charge. This makes my rent almost $300 dollars more than what I signed up for. What can I expect next month another

I've been living here for several years and I really love this community. Management and maintenance are professional and helpful. The amenities are top tier. I would recommend this community to any of my colleagues. It has been a pleasure to live here during the pandemic to know protocols for cleanliness have been met. Oh and I love the gym.

This apartment experience has been amazing! The staff is great. Morgan always has a smile and ensures that anything I need taking care of gets handled quickly. Every team member has just been great. I feel safe and very comfortable here. They have started back having activities and that just makes it better. Worth every penny!

I’ve recently moved to Sweetwater and my experience has been great. Jennifer, the manager is the best. She really loves her job and make you want to live here. The property is well kept, well lighted at night, and my apartment is renovated and modern. No pest problems and no loud noises either. The gym is equipped like that of any name-brand gyms. I no longer need another membership. It’s a little haven away from the main road and just what I need as a writer. Looking forward to a great stay here at Sweetwater.

A hidden gem away from the city. This is an amazing apartment complex, very quite, very clean, great staff. Now the bad stuff as there is always something bad. The rent can be high and goes up every year without any additional amenities, actually lost some do to covid. They are slowly coming back but at greatly reduced hrs. But back to good if there is a problem at all, communicate it with the staff and they address it very quickly.

I moved in back in December and had I written this review 2-3 months after moving in, it would've been five stars. The issues I had upon first moving in were addressed quickly. The office staff and maintenance men are always nice and pleasant to interact with. It's a quiet and safe community.
But.. within the last few months it seems as if management has become lax. There has been random gym equipment out in the green space. at one point there was a "please remove -management" sign attached to it. The sign disappeared and the equipment remains, now BROKEN. Such an eye sore for a beautiful place
