I LOOOOVVEDDDD my stay here at Brookview! I was a resident for about 3 years and I do not have any complaints. Alana and the management team are sooo sweet and very prompt when it comes to questions or concerns that you may have. Maintenance and management want your best interest as a resident, and it shows! If you are planning to move here, please do not hesitate! Overall, Brookview Homes is a great establishment in a convenient location and will be missed and always remembered by me. :)

I’ve been living in the community for three years and Alana is very understanding to her residents. She shows no favoritism to anyone she does her job well with everyone . And the maintenance is amazing you need them they are there and they know what they are doing I will recommend this property

One of the worst apartments I have ever lived. Poor maintenance and no cleaning at all (Spitting and cigarette buds everywhere). Worst and rude property manager does not respond politely. I felt frustrated because of her Soon I will break my lease and move out of this trash

The apartment was out of my price range, but I really enjoyed meeting Miss Alana. She was kind, welcoming, and very friendly. She even lifted up my spirits cause I am going through a lot. Make sure you ask for Alana if you are visiting property.

Miss Alana ,leasing office staff and maintenance are on top of things . Anytime I had a problem with something to be fixed or looked at they responded with good timing. Apartment is close by restaurants ,grocery store and I-20 . Plus the staff went out their way to make sure my son and I had a very special Christmas 🎄. Not many apartment complex have wonderful staff like this crew! Thank you Brookview team for all the hard work.💯💪🏼❤️

Brookview staff has been amazing to me in any concerns I have had. They are very adequate about getting the information you need and by doing so allowing you in a timely manner . They are very welcoming , and right on target for their tenants . If considering a nice , relaxed style of living , check them out .

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Rude property manager, she doesn't responds properly, very attitude. She will raise her voice if we ask questions. She acts as she is polite on the first day you rent the apartment.

Alana is hands down the best apt manager I've ever dealt with she's very helpful, understanding , and professional . . gorgeous too lol she gets the job done! . . ive been here for 2 years now and see no need to move. . the maintenance men take their job serious and are always doing whatever needs to be done in a timely fashion . . ive had ZERO problems !! This team is great. Since Alana became the manager years ago...things got BETTER. There is not a time where I need her...and she is not available. She has EXCELLENT customer service, she is pleasant, and easy to talk to. I love the events here. The community has improved greatly since she took over. I hope that she sticks around because she is what the community needs. Thanks Alana!!!

Hello. I’ve been a resident at Brookview for several years now and we enjoy the convenience of everything around us. The office staff and maintenance team are very thorough and professional. For the past several months I’ve noticed renovations being done around the complex and it’s greatly appreciated. The contractors have started improving the breezeways, stairs and awnings in a couple of buildings. The inside of my apartment looks very nice and is spacious like I need, but the breezeway, stairs and awnings needs some “tlc”and maintenance. Hopefully the contractors will attend to my
