I have nothing but great things to say about the office staff. Very professional and truly cares about their residents. Whenever I stop by the office I am greeted with a huge warm smile. The maintenance team is very prompt. Whenever I have to put in a maintenance request it is normally completed within a few days depending on urgency. Great place to live.

Latrelle is the best!!! If you are looking for a place to call home, come to Brodick Hill! We looked at many apartments in the area and this one stood out the most as a quiet, gated community. My family and I have had a great experience since Day 1. Latrelle has been amazing throughout the whole experience and she continues to go above and beyond by making sure we have everything we need as we are settling in our new home. Everything is not perfect, however when you have a concern it is handled in a timely manner.
The managers are impeccable. Once you come into the main office with your concerns , they approach you at a professional level. The second time you come in, even if it is just to ask a question they. Remain professional not to mention they remember your name.

Sidney was a absolute pleasure to work with!
She was very informative and helpful with any questions I had. Everybody knows how frustrating moving can be, but she went above and beyond to make it such a pleasant experience. The grounds are kept beautifully and maintenance has answered all requests in a timely manner! Update! upon first arriving to the complex I had to wait a while before beginning my tour which was concerning at first. The staff however returned and informed me that they were short staffed that day, and had to go out into the field. once they arrived everything was pleasant and I was able to be shown a room that I was possibly interested in renting. Tora was very pleasant and inviting. The scenery and apartment itself looks really nice by the way, I’m definitely looking forward to possibly moving here.

I recently moved to Atlanta and decided to stop at this community while on my search. When I arrived I was greeted by the leasing consultant Sidney. She was very personable and understood everything I was looking for in my home. Perfect location close to the interstate! If you’re questioning the property, please stop by and see Sidney!!! She was amazing!!
