I've been living here for a year, never heard a neighbor complain about noise, nor being rude. The front office doesn't care if people have proof, of what people are complaining about, they just believe whatever, and take action.
This lady in my buliding has been rude since her first day of moving in. Knocking on people's door aggresively, confronting them, and when she needs assistance with something, and no one helps her, she curses them out, and talks bad about them, for the entire building to hear. (Check the picture below)

Cha'Jay was amazing!!! From the time she answered the phone, until I arrived at the community to view an apartment. She was very professional and informative. I had several questions that she answered without being annoyed or frustrated. If I asked a question that she did not have an answer to, she asked her manager to ensure she provided accurate information. I can truly appreciate that. The fact that the phone was answered on my first attempt was a plus for me. The fact that Cha'Jay provided accurate info was another great experience for me. The only reason I did not start the application process

Here are pictures from this weekend of the second pool which is rarely ever open for the years that I have lived here. This is unfortunate because this would be great for me to take my adult Autistic son out to the pool to relax and have fun. The pool at the rental office is always working to showcase to potential new residents.
Despite this, the staff is really nice and the maintenance crew is great. I even tried to get my niece to move here but the new rates to move in are ridiculous.

On 2/18/2021 I put in a maintenance request due to my oven only staying at 100 degrees. Once maintenance finally decided to come to my apartment (after having called and put in a work order), I was told that the part had to be ordered and would arrive on Monday. Today (2/22/2021) my oven still has not been fixed. After not hearing from maintenance or the property at about 1pm, I called the leasing office and maintenance several times and kept receiving the voicemail. I left a voicemail, and no one bothered to return the call. At the end of business on 2/22/2021, I received an email that I have

I’m giving 5 stars because my entire move in process was amazing thanks to Dona! She was so helpful and professional! The apartments are spacious and really nice. The only thing I feel the apartments are missing are ceiling fans and lights in the living room and bed rooms but other than that... I have no complaints.
