One of my biggest problems with Chroma Park properties maintenance is for the money that we pay every month we do not have an on-call maintenance man over the weekends or overnight any event that there is a need for them. No on-call maintenance no after our courtesy officer whatsoever. My kitchen garbage disposal was clogged from Saturday until Monday afternoon because we have no after our maintenance so unfortunately I could not use my kitchen sink.

I will never move here !!!!!! The manager June Tillman and Armania Rogers are very rude !!!!! I was getting info about apartments and they were rushing me out the office because they were trying to leave and I told June she was rude and she said she’s not rude she’s just straight forward . That is bad customer service I am a manger myself and I will never speak to customers like that. If they don’t like their job or what they do the. They should find another profession !!!! I will be contacting the corporate office also .

June is horrible for management!!! Her attitude is nasty!!! Every since new management things has went down hill!!! This is not the proper field for her she doesn't have the proper attitude to work with people. We pay over 1300 for rent and can't even get the proper treatment from a property manager. It's not fair to residents!!! Who wants to live like that??

Disgusting! It's infested with rats!!!! June the new manager is rude and corporate doesn't care! June will tell you she use to live with rats and named them thinking I'm suppose to be ok! The rent is too high to have rats eating my kids food! I'd give a -10 if I could! The worst management and apartment living ever! They screen your calls so you have to call private for the office to answer! The delete work orders! It's just horrible and nasty; the apartments and management!!

DON’T MOVE HERE!! Worst experience ever.
Infested with RATS, ROACHES & etc.. & Corporate will not do anything about it also, this is the worst experience i’ve ever experienced in Georgia overall. both sides are terrible & disgusting 🤮 and for the rent to be around 1400 this is not right! They don’t answer their phone up at the office, once you place something in regarding your apartment they do not come right away, they come weeks later. I’m very disappointed with this company. Especially the RATS, they will not do anything about this neither. Rats everywhere.

The first apartment they gave me was on the non gated side and was infested with ROACHES. I never moved into that apartment and they switched me to the gated side the next day.
This has been the WORST Apartment experience I've Ever had. Even after they switched my apartment to the gated side my heat didn't work, I had a water leak from upstairs, the ceiling plaster fell from the bathroom ceilings, the tenant upstairs would throw their cat litter over their balcony and onto my patio. People would put their trash behind the building by my windows and it wouldn

While i live in these apartments i enjoyed the staff and the apartment itself. Kim was always super nice and helpful along with Marie anything i needed they made sure i was taken care of with professionalism and a smile Unfortunately i had to move due to work but i miss chroma I'm sure thing are different

I've been living here for about 1 year and 2 months and I think its a great community!! Staff are very helpful, especially for Ms. Kim. During Covid-19 people were hit hard financially, personally, emotionally, etc. I think they did a marvelous job with working people through it all. Overall, there are some improvements to be made but so do other companies. Keep up the good work! Also, I miss the pool!!

The attention to detail has gone down in the last 7 years that I have lived here. Though some things, like fixing the gate in a timely manner, have improved, some things still remain a struggle to even get a person on the phone. Knowing that I may or may not get someone on the phone or get a returned phone call, has resulted in fewer phone calls. Though we do have quiet hours, we have parents who allow their children to run and talk loudly after 10 pm. I picked the location originally due to the location of my job, but now am seriously considering moving, since the cost of rent is not worth what

My entire moving experience has been terrible. My original move in date was 07-17-2020 Chris called to let me know everything was approved and I can move in that date. Days later Chris called back to tell me the original unit that was given to me I would have to change my move date due to the people who lived there hasn’t returned the keys so I moved my move in date to 07-21-2020. Days later Chris calls to tell me the apartment wasn’t clean enough and he has a new apartment to move me to same layout and all. I get my keys on the 21st Chris and I walked through the apartment and immediately

My experience here started off very horrible. We moved in June 2020 and there were numerous issues in our apartment and issues with property employees but Hector the property manager made sure he took care of all of our issues. He did everything to the best of his abilities to ensure this place felt like home for us. Unfortunately due to COVID we have no community amenities. Hopefully once all the amenities are available I can truly see what this neighborhood has to offer. When my lease is up I’ll return with a full review.

Do yourself a favor and read the reviews the negative ones are very accurate. I am not sure what they offered folks to write good reviews. Possibly a gift card or something for a positive review. The manager Anita Taylor has to be the rudest person I have ever come across to be the face of a business. She does not know how to talk to people and she does not have any patience what so ever. I don't know if she hates her job but she needs to find a new one. Her life must be miserable and she must never have a good day. Now the apartments themselves are a good size and are descent.
