Ashley joined Wesley Apartment Homes in 2014 and has nearly 15 years of experience in Property Management. She is a Georgia native, born and raised in the surrounding area. Fun Fact - Ashley has an identical twin sister, so don't mistake her if she ever stops by the office! Our experience here has been amazing so far. We had been trying to find a place to move into for a few weeks and had no success. We finally found Wesley Trevento. Sierra was our leading agent and we have nothing but great things to say about her. She communicated with us through the whole process and quickly answered any questions. She was extremely kind and respectful and she has continued to be so helpful. When we moved in, everything was clean and she made sure to take care of everything before we moved in. IF U ARE HERE MOVE UNDER THE SMOOTH MOVE 30 DAY STAY PERIOD THAT THEY WONT TELL U ABOUT‼️ THE ELECTRIC SERVICE IS NOT THROUGH GEORGIA POWER ! It’s through a company called greystone and my power went out every time it rained. This area is surrounded by trees, which invites critters (water bugs) and ROACHES. My apartment was not move in ready. Upon moving in I was welcomed to stale smelling carpet that obviously didn’t have proper ventilation to dry (molding), dirty walls and rusty vents with a cheap cover up paint job, poor thin flooring that is old and cheaply laid. Update from previous post: “BEWARE!!!! RATS!!!!(Pics/video available) This is the WORST apartment I have ever lived in! If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT move here unless you are prepared to become exterminators for rats every time the weather changes. The roof also leaks so there could possibly be mold in these apartments! If you have any young children or anyone with asthma these apartments are NOT ideal unless you are ok with being on your albuterol inhaler during your stay. When I contacted the leasing agency back in MARCH they sent a maintenance man who just came in and SPRAY PAINTED

I’ve been a resident with Wesley Trevento since June and my experience so far has been cool but the leasing consultants some are rude. I spoke to a leasing consultant named Ashley and she was very rude to me in conversation she was even making smart comments towards me. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone other than her she said there was no one else and that could I could speak to (which they never answer the phone and I stated that to her she said that they are short staffed) even when they weren’t short staff they do not answer the phone. I was notified that there was an available unit, I was able to schedule a tour. I then took time off work, to drive 30 mins out of my way to attend the tour, only to be informed when I arrived that there was no availability but still advised to apply. Apply for what? Your full apartment? Why even allow me to schedule a tour? Are you just putting out false information in order to make money on application fees, knowing full well people will never be accepted? Disgraceful and unacceptable.

I moved tho the complex about a month ago. There was a delay in my move in, however Sierra in the leasing office was transparent and did the best she could despite the situation. I appreciate her willingness to communicate and provide great service. To be honest, every staff member I've spoken to including Ashley and Felicia have been courtesy and very helpful.

Couldn't give higher rating because couldn't view a 2Bed2Bath because of no availability. Staff was very nice, informative and attentive. The pool was nice and clean. I liked the tennis court, it wasn't far from the leasing building. I was only able to see the 1 bedroom. It was spacious. Even the balcony looked sturdy and spacious. The bathroom didn't have a vanity but a nice closet. It only had a breakfast bar. Its near warehouses and gas stations. The location is pretty convenient.
