The staff is friendly and always pleasant. Maintenance always fixes any issues that need to be resolved in a timely manner. I recommend this complex to anyone!

I moved in last year. If something breaks, maintenance comes within 24 hours or less to repair. The managers Mandy and Lauren listen to any of my concerns. When I go to the leasing office, the staff always greets me with a smile. I hope to make this my home for a long time.

Northcreek looks awesome! The grounds, fresh paint and new sign really pop. The rent is very affordable and the apartments are well maintained.

My husband and I have been living here for a little under a year so far and we have started having problems with mold. I reported it twice and all they did was spray and paint over it. Im currently almost 9 months pregnant and they still haven't did anything about it and now the mold is coming back. Me and my husband are currently looking for new places to stay and don't really care about breaking the lease. This is just downright disgusting and unsafe.

My fiancé and I have lived here for over 3 years now. He just got orders about a week ago for active duty in the US military. As we are trying to inform management that we are no longer going to be there Amanda also known as Mandy told us that it’s not “her fault” that we did not receive a 30 day notice and that we would be responsible for the month of January’s rent even though we would not be there & we have a copy of his orders. We informed her that is not correct information and let her know that we are covered under the “Soldiers & Saliors Act”. She told us pretty much oh well
