Services
Step 1: Register for your class here! Step 2: Arrive to Hybrid 15 minutes early to get acquainted with the coach and oriented with the facility. Bring water/sports drink. Step 3: Enjoy your world class circuit training. Step 4: Discuss membership options with your coach. Each session begins with mobility, stretching and breathing as well as glute and ab activation.
The Hybrid Fat Loss Program is a monthly program that combines one-to-one nutrition coaching with a comprehensive exercise program to optimize your time and effort on your path to improved health and body composition. There is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to nutrition, training and health.
Our semi-private Hybrid program is perfect for those looking for a customized training program, want more attention to detail to their individual programming needs but appreciate the energy and atmosphere from the dynamics of training in a small group. This program begins with an initial movement assessment and consultation to determine your best plan.

This is coming from someone who always said she hated group fitness. Hybrid has completely shifted and challenged that ‘truth’ for me. The studio, coaches, equipment, and training is state of the art. I feel a beautiful balance of being supported and challenged. I have been going to Hybrid for over a year now and it has positively impacted every single area of my life.
