I lived in whisper Hollow for almost 3 years. On December 29, 2020 my boyfriend was staying the night he went out on my patio at this apartment complex and was shot. I lived in a crime scene for 20 days. It took the regional manager over a week to get back to me about moving out because she was on her vacation. I would also like to state that she was very insensitive when I talk to her about the situation. So I moved like any normal person would. They then sent me to collections and ruined my credit. 0 to 10 do not recommend not a safe area and a horrible staff

Over all my experience was good for initial 6 months.. We feel the area is not safe after few incidents near my apartment.
Problems:
1) Not feel safe - we used to take walk around our aprtments in recent past there was an shot incident near our apartment, we feel unsafe from there on
2) Cars were unlocked for many people in this area - luckily I don’t have any expensive items inside my car
3) loud music from neighbourhood, complained couple of times after couple of days its happened again.
4) we vacate after 12 months
lease they charged me way too high, close to 2 grand. Charged for cooktop

My stay at Whisper Hollow was ok up until the Pandemic. However, during the pandemic little to no assistance or consideration was provided to tenants. They also constantly change policy and dates mid stream for their own ulterior motives. Despite the fact that they received assistance from the government, during the pandemic they neglected to pass it on. I would not recommend this apartment complex.

The one bedroom I currently live in with my boyfriend is really nice and spacious and the area is pretty safe, although the current property manager and assistant manager Tyler and Nicole are very misunderstanding and rude. I really wish the lady who sold me and my boyfriend this apartment, named Taylor, would’ve stayed here because she would’ve made very fair solutions to the problem me and my boyfriend just currently went through. I do influence people come here only because of the safe and nice rooms apartments and also maintenance, but management is terrible, ever since Taylor has left

We are staying in 2 bed 1 bath renovated apartment. Management responds to the problems quickly. We liked the partition of floor having wood and carpet. Kitchen is a bit small but good enough for small family. Closet is spacious and dresser is plus point. Everything looks neat and tidy. I feel this the best choice for who want to live in Maryland heights.

I do not live in the Whisper Hollow Apartments, but have heard nothing but great reviews from others. I am a resident in Maryland Heights and love the area. I was able to drive around the complex a little over the weekend as my mother is looking to find a forever home here in Maryland Heights. It makes me feel so wonderful to read and hear about so many great reviews for Whisper Hollow Apartments. I will be checking further into the apartments with the hopes that my mother can find a wonderful place there after moving from her home of many years. She is elderly and wants a place she can maintain

Looking for an apartment, this place is great! Diverse community, great location, quiet neighborhood, safe community, and the upkeep is awesome - even during inclement weather. The maintenance team are professional and quick to respond. I mean they put down salt, leave notes on the doors, change out lights before you ask, and are for ever doing upgrades. *And no, I didn’t get paid to say this or a discount in rent 😂😂

This apartment is beautiful, well kept and peaceful. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The workout rooms are open 24/7 and the pool area is lovely. The grounds and facilities are kept clean by friendly courteous workers. This location is perfect with ease of access to transportation, local grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and parks. There is also Westport plaza in walking distance which has so many restaurants and nightlife venues for entertainment. This apartment is very safe for living

Living at Whisper Hollow Apartments for over 19 years, I consider Dena and the staff family. I have always felt welcomed and treated as though I am family by Dena and the associates. I have never felt like a tenant.
The property is well maintained and in good repair. The clubhouse is beautiful and multifunctional.
If ever a maintenance need/request...it is addressed immediately and rectified.
