Definitely wouldn’t recommend lived there 6 months and it only got worse didn’t get to see actual place until move in day . My living room flooded twice which caused mold my dining room ceiling was leaking and water also came out my light fixture downstairs l. Everytime I called maintenance to fix something they came but never seemed to fix the issue so had to always call twice !!! & the fact that the new manager said I’m lying is crazy !!! I had to call emergency maintenance out to my house because water was coming from my light fixture and leaking from my dining room ceiling !!!!

Had an ulcer acting, needed to get home for meds and I ended up and locking my self out my car which had my apt key so in turn I was locked out of there as well, only took 90+ mins to get it open after calling their emergency service line, sorry to the service guy because I know I wasnt pleasant or cordial about this

I adore Ms Oliva and Jessica in the office. If you need anything they will make it happen. The rent is very affordable and 24 hour maintenance. The apartments are dated mainly the kitchen and bathrooms. The dishwasher is older than I am(lol). My biggest issue with my area is the parking. Parking in this area is horrible, there are cars parked here that never move(literally collecting dust).

Had a Fantastic experience when I toured with Olivia. Looking for a new place but wasn't certain I wanted to move from a house to Apartment or Townhouse living. Olivia was professional, thorough, and down to earth. I didn't feel like I was being "sold" some BS just to get me to commit. The other office staff we friendly as well. Not sure which way I will go but I thank Olivia for her time and being real. The property looked well maintained and the community was peaceful. Neighbors spoke throughout the tour. Ran into maintenance staff during who were also friendly and approachable. 4 stars instead

I love living here. There is nothing bad I have to say. From the second I walked in to get an application I knew I was where I wanted to stay. The office staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful no matter what you are needing help with.
The complex is centrally located near everything you need and it's easy to hop on the highway and go everywhere in St. Louis.
Anytime I have called the maintenance they have fixed things quickly and correctly. The team is also polite, kind, and clean, never leaving a mess behind from what they fix. They keep up on basic maintenance like air filters too which

By far one of the best places I have lived. I moved in almost a year ago and never had a single problem. The Office staff is always friendly and makes me feel like they truly care about my needs. When I call in a maintenance request they are over within 24 hours. The Maintenance staff is always on their game and have a lot of knowledge. My apartment is huge, and the complex always looks nice and up kept.
The pool is clean and the work out facility is decent.
I would recommend this community to anyone who is trying to find a place to call home.
