The management team are quite professional in their handling of business! The maintenance team are skillful and knowledgeable when repairs are needed! I have been a resident since 2001! They cater to all of their residents’ needs, and they do a quick follow up to see if the work has been completed to the residents’ satisfaction! I am thankful to have this security and quality assurance!

DO NOT rent from these cheap skates! Overpriced, outdated units. They nickel and dime you for everything, will even charge you $200 just to have a name removed from your lease if you have a roommate that moves away. The interior hasn't been updated since the 80's probably, the walls are paper thin(literally sounded like my neighbors next door were walking around inside of my place), and the windows and doors are old as hell which allow for bugs to easily get in and extremely drafty. The office staff is rude and at times unprofessional. The only good thing I can say is that IF you can actually get

Horrible Apartment!! We went on a tour and all we could see were CONS!
1. They have filthy, fungus smell as soon as you enter the building.
2. Building was so dark that we had to use our phone light to take the stairs.
3. Vacant unit that they showed us was cleaned as per the management BUT it was so dirty. Stains on bathroom sink, unstable cabinets, dirty stove top.
4. As we walk around, we could smell the food all over the building which means not a good vent system.

Awful management and non-ethical business practices. The assistant manager Kendra was not helpful at all the two years I've lived there. They only care about money!

Several issues I can complain about
It took them over 4 months to fix my online portal in order to pay my rent. They kept telling me they didn't know how to fix it so my other only option was to go to the bank and pay for a cashiers check and pay my rent via check. I am a college student so I had went home for Christmas break and upon my return all banks were closed due to New Years; the office was also closed. They charged

I do not live here but I visit and this place is certainly not concerned about updates, or safety. Just drive through, what do you see from the outside? Imagine the inside! Just avoid unless you are desperate so great choice if you can't get in anywhere else and don't mind paying the extra fees and cost on top of the high rent

Do yourself a favor and don't move in here. Buildings are from atrocious and management is even worse. All my windows are single pane so my gas bill gets super high in the winter and when it gets real cold the heater can't keep up. It got down to 50 degrees in my apartment at one point this winter. Don't even bother saying anything about what's broke though cause it won't get fixed. They came in two times to fix my dishwasher and it still won't work, so I just gave up. The squirrels running through the ceiling keep me up some nights. Not to mention I was 8 hours late on a rent payment once and

This will be my first purchase for home the first time, and Janet Williams helped me through my process for my lease. If I can rate that lady, honestly let me tell you, I would say break my scale! She went over 5 that’s how a wonderful her work is. I would definitely recommend her for questions or especially helping you through the process of moving into a new place. Don’t get me wrong all the staffs are excellent and friendly, but see if Janet Willams is working. You won’t regret it. 😎😎😎

If you are looking for a good apartment complex, just skip Cedar Trace apartments. We lived there from October 2019 till April 2020 and the management do not want to work with you once you have signed the lease there. The apartment we took had kitchen stains all over, the oven was filled with grease that was never cleaned, which we notified them of upon moving; the previous owner's clothes were left on a top shelf that was never cleaned out. The building itself is very old- the furnace system looks like something from the 1960s, the outdoor light has never been replaced leading to a darkened parking

Excellent Location- This place is close to everything. You can walk to grocery, restaurants, shopping, just everything in within a few minutes. Also, its in one of the best school districts in St. Louis!
Great Staff- I feel very welcome whenever I walk in the leasing office. They are very friendly and helpful. Especially Janette!, This young lady goes above and beyond her duty to understand your problems help you in every possible way.
Value for money- The apartments are very reasonably priced, spacious and comes with good amenities. I would recommend this apartment.

Lived here for the past 4 years and for the first two years of being here management was amazing. Later it was sold to new people and they are truly the laziest people. We address them with problems maybe twice a year and very rarely is the problem resolved or even acknowledged. Because everything was cheaply made here we have problem with the cheap vinyl coming up in every bathroom and every hallway. The bathtub has paint chipping off. It took them 1 week to come in to fix our oven. Each year there's probably about a week that we are unable to wash our hands/shower because our basement continues

They have seriously got some problem with Management and Employees working for them. It was my nightmare to get out of the apartments. They don't consider sub lease, straight away tells that they have people waiting in line so wouldn't cater sub lease and if i am on notice and GOD forbid something goes wrong, i have to go out of the apartment anyway. What??? I have lived in several parts of the country and rented apartment but they are the worst ones to handle.

Again after 2.5 years living there, they are charging me for paint and marks inside which were of the chairs near to the walls

Worst New Management, Employees

I am staying in this apartment from last 2 years and never ever had any issues till the time the new management comes.

They are bunch of illiterates with no manners at all. It is not with one but with all of their employees as well.

They will never correct the things and will ask you to pay for basic changes. Door leaks and cold air comes inside, you pay for it and get it fixed. Windows leaks, you pay for it and get it fixed, Faucets needs to be changed, you pay it.

You name a problem and they have answer. Either NO or YOU PAY FOR IT.
