I was very pleased with my time living at Aventura and wish I could have stayed longer! The maintenance crew kept the common areas extremely clean and beautifully landscaped. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were addressed promptly by the leasing office staff. I will miss the spacious floorplan and the modern interior. You can’t go wrong with this place.

WATCH FOR OVERCHARGING! If you want to live in the area, check out Vicino On The Lake (these guys treat their residents better) before they sell you on an apartment! Maintenance people are nice as can be though, those guys are the only pleasant thing about the property.
Overall decent place to live and definitely one of the best apartments I've lived in as far as setup and quality. Now the drawbacks definitely outweigh the benefits especially when it comes to customer service. Now if you have some sort of social life or get home late from work good luck finding a spot! Sometimes I like to go out

I have absolutely adored my time at Aventura. Yes parking is tough, but the complex is small. It is clean. Maintenance is quick and professional. Neighbors are great. Never worried about random people on property. Never once had a bug while living on the first floor. I mean they have created the blueprint for how to run a complex. If i wasnt trying to leave STL, I would stay here until i was ready to buy a home. These 2 years have been great.

Lived here for 2 years.Great apartments and amenities.Maintenance was prompt.We kept our apartment super clean when we left and had no issues with our deposit refund.Biggest problem?Parking.Your own and visitors.They towed away our guest’s car and we paid almost 400 dollars to have it back.So everything is great but if you like to have friends over often, parking might be the deal breaker

I lived here for a year. The apartments were nice and the grounds well-kept. My largest issue with these apartments was noise. You can hear everything your neighbors do which can be very irritating when working from home or trying to sleep. Very thin walls and quite hard to keep warm in the winter. I noticed parking availability varied on day, time of year, and location within the complex. A vast majority of the time, I didn’t have an issue finding a spot very close to my building. I was always able to find one in the complex somewhere (which isn’t super large). Nice management!

I have stayed here for a year and love this place. I a relocating and very sad to leave. I travel 90% of the month and enjoy coming home to these apartments. Brittany and her staff have been very accommodating when I have packages arriving while out of town. I was preparing to move into a one bedroom somewhere else and just found out that the present Tenet decide not to move out. So now I out looking for a new place because my apartment has been lease to new tenants. Thank you very much for everything! Yes parking can be a challenge but I rented a garage and paid for a parking pass! I don’t mind

I had to move, and wish so much that I could've transported my Maryland Oaks apartment to my present location! I've rented for many years at many different places, and Aventura at Maryland Oaks was the best of all of them! My beautiful immaculate spacious 1 bedroom was in excellent condition at move-in, had the most kitchen cabinet space I've ever had, 2 spacious walk in closets, a built-in desk for my office, large bathroom, and beautiful covered balcony - with more storage! The insulation was the best I've ever had! For the first time, I could not hear my neighbors like everywhere else I've rented

Unfortunately these apartments are not worth your time or money. The parking lots are constantly full, and they will tow a car without a badge in less than an hour. The apartments are nice and spacious yes, but the walls are extremely thin and you can hear absolutely everything. The apartments are in an awful location where there is no gas station or food for 5 minutes and you’re surrounded by the 7/11 that has junkies in front of it constantly. There were multiple instances where I would find someone trash diving while I was taking out the trash (no wonder they want you to pay 25$ for trash
