Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is $2000. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances. If I am part of the military and receive deployment or reassignment orders, can I break the lease?.
Our community requires renter's insurance to protect each resident's property. Please provide a confirmation of coverage by bringing the leasing office a declaration page from your insurance company. A minimum of $100,000.00 in liability insurance in required and Woodhollow Apartments must be listed as an interested party.

These are decent apartments, although there are definitely improvements that could be made. As a former property manager myself, I may be a bit more critical than most, so bear that in mind.
The building I'm in is dated, and it's disappointing to go into another to load my laundry card and see how beautiful and nice it is in there. For what I'm paying a month I would expect the same updated experience in my building as well. They barely clean the common areas too; trash, dust, and spiders are present all the time.
There's also an entrance to my building that always has a huge muddy spot on the

Their service is very poor, this is for the second time that they failed to deliver the service. I called them in the morning that the kitchen sink is clogged please send someone to fix it but the lady on other side started saying that we are using sink as a trash can and putting things into it, does it make any sense?? we know how to use sink and trash can.. Instead of commenting they should improve their services.
We were out of station last month and delayed rent payment 1 or 2days, so they charged us $75 as penalty. What about the delayed services??

Management is too bad. Not responsive. I lived here 2 years and every day I created ticket for some issue in the house. When moving out they charged me extra for carpet cleaning which they didn’t do it when I moved in I tried calling couple of times for cleaning and also when I asked them during renewal time they didn’t do the carpet cleaning. This is very bad !!!

They simply steal money from deposit. I would recommend not go with this Apartment because of scams going on with this renters company. Management keep on changing and no one knows what happened 3 years back . They keep new rules which are not even part of contract and steal money from people!! Very bad experience

I won’t be moving in for another few weeks but so far the experience has been amazing! The leasing team, specifically Kierra, has been super helpful, and quick to respond, with every question I have had. I was able to do a tour and apply on the same day and heard back in a short amount of time about the approval. All the information I was given regarding deposits/payment due at lease signing was given in a clear and easy to understand way.
