I have lived here for 12 years and I have seen alot of new leasing people, good and bad. Monarch owns this property now and the leasing office has been very responsive to questions and maintenance issues. Hi Madeline, thank you so much for the 4-star review of Imperial Gardens - we love hearing from our residents!

I would have given this place 4 stars. It was a good apartment for our family the 3 years we lived there.
However we kept it very clean and nice and were charged 200 dollars for "paint touch ups" AFTER we had carefully washed all the walls and $100 for carpet, when I was told carpet cleaning was not necessary.
During the walkthrough the manager told me the apartment looked great and that I would be charged for the stove drip pans at $28.
$328 is much different than a $28 dollar charge. I've always received my entire deposit at every single apartment and house I have rented. This is ridiculous

I've had the WORST experience ever, living in this complex. It started with a BIG problem of bedbugs EVERYWHERE in my apartment, I told the manager Aquah Barrett, who is VERY rude and unprofessional, about the situation and she "claimed" that someone came and sprayed, yet the bedbugs got WORSE.....Then I get an eviction notice (from the manager which is NOT the right procedure for eviction) and a bill to pay 1,100 for the bedbug treatments for something that is the MANAGERS responsibility ! I am currently going to court about this situation, as well as MANY other tenants who have also had issues
