I reached out to BDJ Realty last October about a condo, I paid the 50 dollars for the application fee and was told they needed 5o to get ready. After that I spoke with them two more times and then I heard nothing. Not if I was approved or a move in date nothing. Very unprofessional. I would not trust them with anything.

Renter BEWARE!!! This company and the owner are the absolute worst! The owner is a liar! She never checks her properties but will make up FAKE charges and repairs to keep your security deposit. Any positive reviews should be questioned- The owner falsified documents in order to keep my deposit.. a desperate unethical move! RUN!!!

Bdj Realty and its owner Bo Jones are keeping my deposit/ charging me for false damages and trumped up charges to keep my money. Sent letter of demand and no answer, wont respond to calls, messages or texts. She is keeping my 1050 security deposit fraudulently. After the AC motor on roof blew in June, which took several days to repair, she claimed it was the tenants fault. I put in my 30 days notice on our month to month, since lease expired and I refused to pay the 800+ it claimed to fix, meanwhile he did a lack luster job. I am giving them one star and that is too much. My experience with this company has been very stressful as they lag in their responsibilities when it comes to returning my deposit. I have made repeated calls and emails and it is obvious they are avoiiding me in my attempts to get my money. Please don't waste your time with this company.

Beware!!! I had the UNFORTUNATE experience of renting from the owner and I can honestly say it was the worst rental experience I ever had. MY EXPERIENCE was dealing with an owner that NEVER came out to see the property during my entire length of tenancy, however, when I moved out the owner made up fake charges and kept my money. I was then sent harassing emails when I voiced my concerns. Please don't believe the FAKE positive reviews as this owner is bad news!!!

I've rented from BDJ in the past and based on the excellent previous experience I had I chose to rent my present unit from them as well. Once again they don't disappoint and have always taken care of me as well as my unit. They are highly respectable and you cannot go wrong with them. I have been living in a BDJ managed home for 5 years and have been treated very well. Never have any issues. All of the staff, the owner included, have always been there for repairs or to lend a helping hand. Everyone I have dealt with at this company is professional and kind.

I am constantly handing out their information to friends and family looking for a property management company. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
