These apartments offer so much and the community Manager Marcella knew exactly what type of apartment and style that would fit my needs. She was so enthusiastic to show me around and the beautiful pool area was what really caught my eye. I am a huge fan of jacuzzi's and this place has one that I really like and its right near the BBQ's so its going to make summer time an ideal spot to hang out and cook. I gained so much information about the complex and Marcella was quick to follow up with me whenever I had questions. Check this place out in person if you are looking for a place that feels like

I have been residing at Willow Creek going on seven months and I love it!! The staff here are amazing, they really care about their residents, and host events for us to attend. The grounds of the complex are well maintained and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends! I plan and staying here for a while.

I think this is one of the nicest apt complexes in Poway. Landscaping is great and armosphere is peaceful. I just rented a one bedroom unit and its been recently renovated, new flooring, new appliances. The unit is bright and light and spacious.The Office Manager is very helpful and, in my opinion, cares about her tenants.

Willow Creek apartments is one the worst apartment community I lived. They charged me $2000 bill after move out even though there were no damages. They charged me full painting and carpet replacement charges on me wiTh no reason. Also, the lady in the leasing office doesn’t stay in office. Always locks the leasing office and goes on personal work. Stay away from them.
