Roaches. Common complaint among lots of the tenants. Management of the complex since covid has been weak to nonexistent and the constant shortage of recycle bins and infrequent pickups leads to piles and a generally trashy looking place most of the time

It's okay, the rooms are nice and the scenery is quite enjoyable, you can get a good walk in just by walking along the outside are of apartments a few times, the pool is nice even though it's pretty cold you get used to it after a while!

This company will steal your money, lie to you, and not follow through. I put a holding deposit on a unit, recieved an email that Iwas approved, and recieved a phone call that I was approved. During that phone call I tried to set an appointment to sign the lease. The unit would not be available until the end of the month, so the leasing office clerk told me she would contact me closer to that date. I literally said "its no problem for me to come to your office now and sign everything, Im just down the street.", but she told me that wasn't necessary and she would contact me in a few weeks. The one bedroom apartments are good and well maintained but the 2 bedroom apartments are a nightmare to live in. We have to share our apartment with cockroaches and little insects and after complaining number of times it's no use here

I called the manager to ask her if there is any apartment available, she answered me with a very bad attitude and barely want to talk to me, for sure i will not consider this community . What i know that managers should have a good customer services and companies should pay attention to persons they hire .
