Ive been living here for almost a yr now and i have not seen any rats nor rouches.
Clean and quiet neighborhood.

This management company is hands down the most unprofessional group of individuals I have ever done business with. My fiance and I were told on Saturday that we were going to approved for their 1 bedroom apartment either with a higher deposit or a cosigner which we told them we had both. We waited for an answer from their "manager" for 3 days. Meanwhile on Monday 4/11 we were calling all day being sent to voicemail and no answer. No phone calls returned. Finally an answer on Monday and they say we will have our final answer by the end of the business day. Never got a call back. Finally

If you are looking for a place to live, STAY AWAY FROM THIS $HITHOLE AS POSSIBLE!! My Wife and I have lived here almost 2 years, and its been 2 years WAY TOO LONG! This place is disgusting! First and foremost, in the almost 2 years, there has been 3 changes in management, and there have been roaches since the first day we moved in, and they have used 2 different pest removal companies, having sprayed 6, possibly 7 different times, (Sorry, we lost count) when they should have just tented the entire complex, but each management company that has taken over has gotten cheaper, yet greedier than the

If there was a negative ten I'd give them that. There are bugs, roaches and termites. You call them to fix it they say "oh the termites are dead we don't need to treat it" AC units smell like something crawled in there and died! They "fix" nothing!

Not worth your money!

I lived there 6 months and it was the worse place I have ever lived in!

Went thru 3 different property management companies...

Moved out 5 weeks ago...have yet to receive my deposit back...

I never leave reviews but I felt people need to know this place is a dump...

This apartment complex is just not worth your time. The is a serious management problem going on leaving the complex completely untended to, the dumpster is always over flowing with trash, the pool is dirty, the hot tub was filled with concrete because it got so moldy, the landscaping is nonexistent and there are more RATS than tenants and no onsite manager for around 6 weeks. The hardest thing to deal with is the water situation. If it rained, we would flood at the worst point taking on 30 gallons of water and NO ONE came to check on us or the apartment after 6 weeks. When we moved in 2 years ago, we loved it. Since the new management a year ago, we've been unhappy. We use to be able to pay online, but that is no longer a service offered. There use to be a maintenance guy around all the time and he would respond to our requests quickly. Now you have to wait at least a week before someone checks on you! For example, we had to wait about a week before our toilet could get unclogged which was disgusting. We've dealt with plumbing issues that resulted in our kitchen and hallway flooding on two separate occasions. When they shut off your water, it usually

Awful. Don't even bother. I have friends who have lost money here, I lost money here they've had so many managers and so many different staff members that nobody can keep track of anything. Parking is still awful and I have a friend who lives there now that says there are cockroaches and it constantly smells like sewage.
i'm just glad I got out of there. they should probably run this place over and build something worthwhile.

I see some reviews on here that sound crazy to me... We've lived in these apartments for a year now and we're so happy! When we moved in we met Mychal and his wife, Wendy. They were really nice and easy to talk to and we knew we would be happy here. We were approved quickly and I believe we were moving in only a week or two later! We decided 6 months later that we wanted to move to the other side into an apartment that had a front closet and they moved us no problem, just a little more paperwork :) Now Elizabeth is the apartment manager and she is AWESOME!! She is a total sweetheart

This place is absolutely disgusting ! Management is a joke! I wouldn't even give them that title! They are more concerned about having "interment nights" with the tenants then doing there actual job! They have a HUGE rat problem. Rats dyeing in the walls, you hear them all night long. You see them inside your apartment, outside as well. I would leave to go to work in the morning and there would be 2-3 dead or half dead outside my door. My dog caught one and I thru it on the management desk because they kept saying I was a liar they didn't have a rat problem. Even after they
