Services
At Pro Solutions Dental Group, we offer both dental treatments for the whole body, from routine general care to complex restorative treatments for entire arches of teeth. When you visit our patient-focused practice, our dentists and team give you their full attention, providing professional, courteous care in a friendly, comfortable environment.
When you have lost a tooth, our dentists at Pro Solutions Dental Group may recommend a dental implant to replace it and restore the function and appearance of your smile. Dental implants are a permanent solution for your missing teeth and help you maintain the bone density of your jawbone as well as filling the gap between your teeth.
If you are missing multiple teeth, our dentists may recommend replacing them with a dental bridge. Dental bridges are used to literally bridge the gap between healthy teeth. Traditional dental bridges use those healthy teeth as anchors to the restoration; however, Dr. Jason Campbell and Dr. Rick Farnsworth also provide implant-supported bridges at Pro Solutions Dental Group.
Many people are missing single teeth due to some accident, injury, or extraction necessitated by damage or decay. One of the most common implant restorations are single tooth crowns. These are used to seamlessly replace a missing tooth, restoring a patient's full chewing and speaking function. If you are interested in receiving a dental implant, you will first need to consult with Dr. Jason Campbell and Dr. Rick Farnsworth, our talented dentists.
If you need to replace multiple teeth, our dentists at Pro Solutions Dental Group may recommend implant-supported dentures. These beautiful, natural-looking restorations bring a stable, beautiful smile back to your face without the expense of replacing a full arch of teeth with multiple single-tooth dental implants.

Dr. Farnsworth is amazing, I have extreme anxiety when it come to the dentist. Dr Farnsworth always sends in a prescription for something to help me relax. I had an appointment today and I wasn’t able to take anything for my anxiety (I had to drive after my appointment) everyone was absolutely great and very understanding of my fear. I could never go to any other dentist, I have been going to Dr. Farnsworth for 2 years and can honestly say he ir the best!!!

Helped me same day as a first time/now a forever patient. Dr Ainsworth, along with everyone there I encountered, are very compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable, and small town down to earth while seeming to strive for perfection. I will never be able to thank them enough. Oh, same surname but not related!

I went to Dr. Campbell for an issue I had with another dentist. I paid upfront for my bottom overdenture and they never finished the job. They couldn’t find parts for my 20 year old implant, so they just gave up.
I felt very confident that Dr. Campbell could and would help me. He gave me three options for treatment, treatment that I haven’t had done yet, but so far it looks good.

I had high Hope's for dr. Campbell when I first found him. But after many months of work on my teeth I've now come to know that Dr. Campbell seems to have little tolerance for a patient with special needs regarding pain management. I have had constant pain from neuropathy since dr. Campbell changed my bite. Be aware if you have fibromyalgia that changing your bite can cause trigeminal neuralgia. Dr. Campbell was not aware apparently and has never even expressed his sympathy for this outcome. I was told by my neurologist and then by the radiation doctor, as a last resort they are

I've been going to Dr Campbell since he started his practice in Prescott. I've had many different services by Dr Campbell. His office is extremely efficient and organized. Today, I was worked in because I had broken a part of a tooth on a back molar. I needed to have the adjoining filling replaced. His injection technique is amazingly painless. I hardly know he's done it except I'm starting to feel it taking effect. I was walking out of the office in exactly 55 minutes with minimal fuss & the sedation starting to wear off. My bite is perfect!
I recommend him highly

Dr. Campbell, the hygienists and office staff were extremely professional and thorough. My wife and I moved here in the fall and two people recommended him. The office was clean, staff friendly, artwork was impressive and we are pleased. We moved here from Tempe and had an older Dentist. Dr. Campbell seems much more tech savvy and willing to go the extra mile. He spotted a potential problem and he will fix it. Highly recommended. Our appointments were for 8 AM and we were seen promptly. We were there for over an hour as they really wanted to make sure you understand their concerns and

Lists himself and his clinic as follows: "Emergency Dentistry | Dentist in Prescott, AZ https://www.prescottdentist.com/dental-care/emergency-dentistry/ with phone number 928-776-1208" - does not provide any emergency services - false advertising - bait and switch. This is a waste of valuable time in emergencies. They do not even offer a referral to emergency dental services.

Thank you Dr. Campbell! My husbands teeth needed as much work. Dr. Campbell took the time to go over every step. We were never surprised by what was next. He met with both of us and made sure we understood and we had the time to ask questions.
Today everyone wants something done NOW. We appreciate that he takes the time to make sure we understood the procedures. Dr Campbell makes sure his work is done to perfection. My husbands results have been perfection...thank you Dr. Campbell!

Second time now that I've had this dental office not do what they say they are going to do.
I recently decided to hold off on having dental implants but still have a nearly $1,700.00 credit with them. I called them nearly 2 weeks ago about my decision and they said they would send me a check for the amount of the credit. I still haven't received it and am now being told that they sent it to the wrong address and everyone is out because of spring break so no one in this office can do ANYTHING until they get back next week. Oddly they are still open!!!!!!!! I am beginning to think that

I too had an unpleasant experience with Dr. Campbell at the time of my second visit. I had made an appointment with the person who cleaned my teeth and wasn't told that she had cut back her hours. So, when I got there, it was someone else who was cleaning my teeth. I have had gum problems in the past so finding the right person is very important to me. His office staff, which is terrific, called to discuss the problem and apologized and an appointment was made with the person I liked very much. So, now it's time for another appointment. I get a call the day before to confirm and

After posting my less-then-flattering review, I was contacted by Dr. Campbell's office and was offered the opportunity to revisit the clinic and have the dentist go over my chart with me. I declined as that was done during my initial visit and I've found a dentist that I'm very comfortable with. It was then suggested that my current dentist doesn't use as modern equipment as Dr. Campbell's office uses, therefore he didn't detect the cavities that Dr. Campbell (and his partner) saw. Really?
At any rate, the caller was very concerned about the impression that I got

I have been going to Dr. Campbell's office for a couple years now. After many years of neglect, I was missing several teeth and also suffering from headaches many mornings. Now, the bulk of my work has been done, and I can say, unequivocally, that I am so happy with my teeth! I have two implants, and three bridges and one crown. The procedures that I had done include fillings, extraction, soft tissue management (deep cleaning), dental implants, dental bridges, and a night guard to help with my headaches.
