Prescott Dentistry is the only dental office in Northern Arizona that utilizes Biomimetic Dentistry, a branch of biological dentistry, throughout every aspect of our dental practice. Biomimetic literally means "mimic nature". The way the doctors at Prescott Dentistry restore teeth focuses on emulating the perfect undamaged tooth that nature gave us to start with. Using advanced bonding techniques and bio-compatible materials we are able to re-create the biomechanics of this ideal.
Dr. Nathan Thompson came to Prescott Dentistry in the summer of 2012 after having served honorably for 5 years in the US Army as both an officer (captain) and dentist. During his time in the service, he was stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas and also served overseas in both Iraq (Baghdad - Camp Liberty of the Victory Base Complex) and in Germany (Ansbach, Bavaria).
Dr. Lance German earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Temple University in 2013. After spending years practicing his craft in the much needed community health sector he began to see some of the limitations of traditional dentistry as well as the great need for a preventative and holistic approach to oral and whole body care.
Community outreach is an integral part of our team approach to patient care. From participating in local events like Freedom Day USA where we provide free dental care to our local veterans, military men and women and their families, to our donations of toothbrushes and toothpaste to various local shelters, businesses and nonprofit organizations, it is important to us to have a heart of service for our fellow community members.

This is the best dentist office in town with the best staff and doctors. I got misdiagnosed by a specialist and a different dental office and treated for the wrong condition at 32 weeks pregnant. I was getting worse and those other offices didn’t care and my midwives sent me here under a medical emergency. I saw Dr German who diagnosed me properly… and treated the condition properly and he’s fantastic. He’s thorough and explains everything clearly. He actually cares about his patients and wants them better. I can’t recommend him and this office full of great people

I really researched for a good dentist to satisfy my dental needs when I first arrived in Prescott.
Dr. German has both dental expertise and also cares for the general health of the patient. He is gentle and caring and offers advise with no pressure.
His staff are all efficient and pleasant. Precautions are taken for Covid at this time and all patients are made to feel comfortable. I highly recommend Prescott Dentistry

Very friendly staff and efficient dental care. It is nice to be worked on by people who have a keen sense of humor. This is true of the dental assistants, Dr Nathan Thompson, and even the office staff who are happy to collect my money as I leave. I always leave with the memory of a nice time unlike other dentists I've know. I'm 73 and have spent a lot of time in dentist's chairs but Prescott Dentistry is the most pleasant experience I've ever had.

We are new to Prescott Dentistry and have seen Dr German when we've been in. The initial exams we've had have been very professional, friendly and the most thorough I've ever experienced. Dr German explained in detail but on an understandable level, the importance of dental hygiene to my daughter and how to best prevent issues and care for her teeth well, while all still done in a friendly and positive manner. I really love their approach to natural and holistic dentistry and exploring options other than fillings etc right off the bat. Everyone in the office is very friendly and the hygienists

Prescott Dentistry provides professional and compassionate care. The receptionists, dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists are terrific. I have been a patient for 2+ years. They provide a conservative approach to dental treatment, meaning that they do not jump to invasive procedures, if repair can be done without extensive damage to the patient's teeth. I really appreciate this!

I love this place! I saw two doctors and worked with several of the assistants and everyone was equally awesome. I can't say enough how much I appreciate the kindness, professionalism, skill, and care they provided. From making sure you are comfortable to making you laugh with their stories and how they get along with each other - getting to be their patient was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. I've been going to see Dr. Montes and Dr. Thompson for 3 years now. I've recommended them to nearly a dozen people. They never rush their patients and give each person their full attention. I appreciate their honesty in which procedures are needed now and what might be needed later as well as their patience at each appointment. I highly recommend this practice!

I love this practice! Every person in that office is warm and welcoming! I have a severe dentist phobia and they really help me to relax! Shout out to Candis, <sp> who is now my BFF! Prescott Dentistry was awesome! I have never felt more comfortable at a dentist office before and it wasn't just the loopy pills I was on for my appointment. The whole staff was very helpful and informative. I was very nervous as I hadn't been to a dentist in about 6 years and knew I needed a ton of work done but they answered all my questions and… let me know what they were doing the entire time. The dental hygienist was super friendly and we connected like real people instead of a forced interaction. Dr. Thompson was patient with me and ALL my questions. Great staff and comfortable setting
