Here at the office of Dr. Lance Green, "I have been providing the Prescott community with a pleasant and professional dental experience for more than 20 years." Dr. Green grew up in Michigan and completed his undergraduate studies at Kalamazoo College. He attended Dental School at Northwestern University in Chicago Illinois.
After graduating he served five years as a Commissioned Officer in the Public Health Service. He moved to Arizona in 1987 and Prescott in 1992. He enjoys traveling, scuba diving, competing in tennis, and he has owned horses for most of his life. Our first priority is our patients and their oral and over-all health.

You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, credit card, debit card or Carecredit at the time of treatment. We also accept most major dental insurances. To discuss your payment options or insurance coverage, please call our office at (928) 445-5692. The oral health of our patients is extremely important.

I came to Prescott for a short visit, had to extend the visit, and decided to see if a local dentist would be willing to take on a patient that was just passing thru. Dr. Green accepted my situation, requested my current x-rays from my regular dentist, and went to work. He and his staff were friendly, professional and GENTLE. All appointments were scheduled promptly and I was never in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. Dr. Green also suggested some additional work to be done some time in the future, where and when it was convenient for me. No pressure to do extra work at this time. I hate

I hate to say this but I've never felt so ripped off from a dentist in my life. I'm not even sure Lance knows what his staff is doing. I was charged twice the amount any other dentist charges for a 45 minute cleaning. Before that I needed a tooth pulled, Lance tells me one price and the girl charged me more. I guess if you have insurance you're good to go... But don't be a cash customer here.

It was very painful and sensitive, so I came to see Dr. Green for an assessment of it. I had just given birth 8 weeks prior and knew that the pregnancy in general, wreaked havoc on my oral health and was confident that the dentist would be able to bring it up to speed, as he had previously done.
Unfortunately, that did not happen. Upon examination, I understandably expressed some apprehension about Dr. Green ‘s examination, as again, the site was incredibly sensitive to pressure. As opposed to my apprehension being

I've been using Dr. Green since early 2005 and have the highest regard and respect for his dental care ability. He has always been very considerate of my concerns and handles everything with utmost professionalism.
His support staff are second to none, courteous and proficient and a joy to deal with.
