The dentist is exceptionally thorough, explains dental issues, and is very professional and courteous. The hygienist was excellent. Much better than my previous experiences!

We’ve been seeing Dr. Szeto since we moved to Arizona over 5 yrs ago and I have a lot of issues with my teeth but Dr. Szeto always gives me all the options available to me, even ones he can’t provide and gets nothing of financial gain from those services. He’s super friendly, has a wonderful bedside manner, is professional, knowledgeable and very caring. This applies to all his staff as well. You can’t ask for more. He’s highly recommended by hubby and I.

I have been going here for years now and would never consider changing. Just today Dr. Szeto replaced my front tooth filling that was decades old. He did a perfect job. Was very cheap since insurance pays most of it.

Great dentist (Dr. Szeto), great hygienist (Sherry), and great receptionist (Katie). Dr. Szeto and Sherry go the extra mile and do a great job on focusing on prevention/education.

Before Dr. Szeto, I never had a dentist care so much about preventing/treating gingivitis. When my tooth was chipped, he fixed it perfectly, as if the chip never happened.

I found Dr Szeto by chance and have been very pleased with the service I have gotten there. The staff is pleasant and attentive. The hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, and Dr Szeto is personable and skilled. I really appreciate how they schedule their time to accommodate patient schedules. As an added bonus, they have a great office in the old Masonic Temple downtown Prescott.

I have seen Dr. Szeto for basic check-ups and cleanings for 2 years & think he is a good dentist. However, I want to give potential patients a heads up regarding two things: 1) Billing practices & 2) patient privacy. Dr. Szeto recently recommended that I have a tooth extraction. I asked for a pricing quote up front in order to make an informed decision & his office staff made a huge error in their favor. I was shocked. Dr. Szeto's office was a great experience from walking into the door to being in the back in the chair. I was always scared of the dentist as a child due to bad experiences with the doctors.
Dr. Szeto has proven to me that not all doctors are the same. His work is outstanding. He is kind and caring and very honest with the treatment he recommends. The hygienist does an amazing job being gentle while cleaning my teeth also. The office staff are all very friendly and make it a great time to visit the dentist!

I had to visit Dr. Szeto's Office for an emergency visit for a toothache. The front office was very professional when scheduling my appointment and they were flexible with my work schedule, I was able to get in at 7am.
Dr. Szeto was very detailed when explaining what the cause was for my toothache. He was also very conservative with the treatment he recommended . His work was gentle and there was no rushing me out the door. Very pleased with this office !

The best dentist I've ever been to. Even the novocaine shot did not hurt. He tells you everything he's doing so you know what's happening. I would so recommend this man. His office help is very nice as well.

Great dental work and cleanings. Dr. Szeto did a perfect job on my chipped tooth. The hygienist is amazing (both friendly and professional). The receptionist is always pleasant. Have been going 2+ years now.
Prices are very reasonable if you have to pay out of pocket. Due to bad genes/habits, I always get at least one extra cleaning a year.
Dr. Szeto is a nice, caring dentist. He does emphasize the importance of flossing more than any other dentist I have had, but that is a good thing.

Dr. Szeto is a wonderful dentist. He is very explanatory on why you need something done. He explains the entire procedure while he is working and just makes your visit very comfortable. I use to be very nervous when it came to dentists and when I met Dr. Szeto he made sure to make me comfortable and gave me no reasons to be nervous. His work is phenomenal and I never had issues with any of is work. His staff is very kind and helpful , and they always make sure the patients are taken care of. I rate Dr. Szeto and his staff 5 stars and highly recommend his office. He wont let you down !

Dr. Szeto is the best dentist in Prescott. He not only does excellent work, but he stands by his work. He is honest and will not take advantage of your wallet or insurance. Dr. Szeto has morals and values that are rare to find in today's world. He is compassionate and wants his patients to be happy, even if it means redoing fillings multiple times (at no extra charge). He is a fantastic dentist and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. His office staff is also wonderful and I've never not had great cleanings, treatments, and care.

I was referred to Dr. Szeto by a good friend and my experience with him and his excellent staff during several visits has always been wonderful. He is extremely professional and takes the time to explain everything that he finds and every procedure that he does. I would recommend him and his practice to anyone who is looking for professional high quality dental care.
