Services
At Hicks Dental Group, your dentist in Prescott, AZ, we offer patients a variety of dental services in a caring and gentle environment. We provide comprehensive exams, treatment of periodontal (gum) disease, hygiene services, fillings, extractions, implant restorations, full and partial dentures, cosmetic dentistry, crown and bridgework along with teeth whitening in Prescott, AZ.
Because CEREC restorations can be placed immediately, you need only one appointment. And you benefit from tooth restorations which have demonstrated their durability time and time again. Dental x-rays, known as radiographs, are essential diagnostic tools for the prevention of serious dental diseases and complications.
The application of tooth colored resin filling material (composite) to the teeth has been a dental technique for many years. Recent advances in technology have increased the strength, durability and longevity of these restorations. We use bonding material that are molded and sculpted to achieve outstanding natural looking results.
Dental bridges are a great way to replace missing teeth. Your existing teeth are used to literally create a bridge to cross the area where your tooth is missing. Bridges are made from gold, metal, alloys, or porcelain to ensure that they are strong and durable. The existing teeth are recontoured to provide a base for the bridge.
Most people probably grind and clench their teeth from time to time. When teeth grinding occurs on a regular basis the teeth can be damaged and other oral health complications can arise. If you suspect you may be grinding your teeth, talk to your dentist. He or she can examine your mouth and jaw for signs of bruxism, such as jaw tenderness and abnormalities in your teeth.

Dr. Paul Hicks and his staff are professional, sensitive and customer-oriented. I have been seeing Dr. Paul for almost 10 years and he has made my smile with expert artistry and always a kind, gentle process. I trust him with my teeth as well as the entire Hicks Dental Group. Whether it is a routine cleaning, fillings, crown work, or infections - like diagnosing and follow-up of a root canal - his staff is professional in getting the issue resolved.
