At Element on Main, your rent includes garbage, sewer, and recycling fees. Heat and water are charged as a single flat fee per month that stays the same all year round. The Property Manager, Toni, is one of the most personable people I have ever spoke with. She makes sure everyone in the community is safe and that all of their issues are resolved immediately. I have never stayed somewhere with such a caring and compassionate Property Manager handling situations to the best of her abilities. She always puts in her best effort to ensure you have the best experience at Element On Main. Thanks for everything Toni!

Element on Main is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever had the pleasure of living at. From it's friendly management to it's hard working maintenance team... I'm proud to call Element on Main my home!!! It's conveniently located near Carle Hospital South Clinic, Aldi, Walmart, plenty of restaurants, etc. I don't plan on moving out any time soon.

Pet friendly apartment in a beautiful residential area close to campus. Bus stops, supermarket, and downtown urbana are within few minutes of walking distance. The crews are super nice and helpful. A lot of interesting events and free give-aways hosted by the crews, which will make you feel that you're not alone and that you have a home away from home.

Awesome apartment building, great location, reasonable prices, and the friendliest service in town! Toni and the crew will take care of you and make your experience enjoyable. They have many options for whatever your living needs are, from studio to multiple bedrooms. And I can’t forget the beautiful, fenced in courtyard!

I stopped by the Element yesterday to check it out. I was beyond impressed. The apartment I saw was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Most impressive the office staff was preparing Valentine bags for every apartment (100+) on the property. Amazing above and beyond the Call of Duty customer service. If I decide to move back to Champaign, this complex will be number one on my list.

Management was originally very nice, but I think this was a misleading facade. I hadn't even lived here for a month before they started bothering me about renewing and making appointments to show the place to other prospective tenants. When I did talk to them about renewing, the company wanted to increase the rent by $175 a month! What's more is that I was originally assured that rent would only go up by $20-25/month after renewal. I feel very misled. Also, the buildings are old and have very little sound insulation between floors. As a grad student, this is a big deal. Hallways are lined

I've lived at Element on Main since June of 2016 and will be moving out July 2018. I love my apartment! The flooring is gorgeous and the appliances are all up-to-date. I love the location, which is close to campus and to downtown Urbana. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. I enjoy using the fitness and business centers. Management is friendly, respectful, and helpful and every time I've put in a maintenance request it has been completed within 48 hours.

Everything was good with the old manager under Landmark Apartments. After changed to the new manager "Element on main" in late 2015, everything sucks.
The rent went up by only $20/mo during the past four years with the previous owner. When new manager came, the first thing they did was to increase the rent by $40/mo, plus additional unfair utilities charges, which they estimated to be $50/person-mo. We tried to negotiate about the rent and policies, since we have lived here for years, while the new manager Jennifer said she wasn't the decision maker, and you can go and find another
