Daniel is always pleasant whenever I come into The Jane. He is always going above and beyond. I am surprised that he is not the manager of the place yet!

I just recently moved into The Janes and the office staff are phenomenal!!! The estate is immaculate, everyone here is so welcoming. Happy we chose to live here. I have a feeling I won’t be going anywhere for a while.

This was a great place to live. The rent was a little high but it was worth it at the time. Maintenance was always speedy to fix any issues and I had very few issues while living there. Daniel was very personable and always willing to help. The way management changes is a little concerning…. After 1 year I had seen 4 different property managers. They were all different and focused on different community issues. But, I was ready to go… I had the community officer called on me by the ppl under me several times for working out to loud! I just feel like if you want quite then buy a house!

We have the best service director around!Jeff is the reason this place runs as well as it does. He's quick to check in with residents when there's an issue and always follows back up to make sure everything is still good to go! He's frequently here after work hours and you can tell he really cares about the property and the residents.

He’s frequently here after business hours to make sure immediate issues are handled and he’s always followed up to make sure issues were resolved. We cannot thank him enough for his quick response to issues and for caring for the residents of the Jane and all of the buildings he works for!

Today I called The Jane at Moore’s Lake to inquire because I am moving to the area soon. Mariah, the Assistant Manager, was extremely kind in the phone and super helpful! She truly made The Jane seem like the best home to reside in, in Chester! I can’t wait to come down to VA to meet her and the team in person!

I hate having to post this but I feel as though this might be the only way to get something done and quickly. We love our physical apartment inside. But the parking at building 2 is becoming a bigger and bigger issue. I’ve emailed management and I understand they are on it (our new manager has been awesome about emailing back so quickly), but something has to change and fast. My significant other (who is on the lease) works shift work and has gotten home to no parking at our building. My wife and I lived here almost 2 years it was our first home and we were very pleased. Everybody was very friendly and treat us like friends. The amenities were great, there wasn't a hot sunny day that we weren't at the pool. You cannot beat the location either. I highly recommend The Jane.

Daniel is amazing to work with! He has gone above and beyond to making sure I had a place at the date I requested, answered my bizzillion questions, and met all of my needs!! Thank you so much for being a fantastic person with great communication skills! He is the best!

This small community is wonderful. All of our neighbors are respectful and responsible. The Jane is a beautifully designed complex. The two bed and baths are roomy, pets are welcomed and the convenience having your trash taken out for you after a long work day is just another amenity I enjoy. Many close shops and endless restaurant options. There is also a cinema cafe being built across the street! Highly recommended! Thanks staff you all make our living experience a great one!

Wonderfully designed apartments. Absolutely love my 3 bedroom, very roomy, great layout, nice spacey rooms. Ladies in the office warm and friendly. They are all very helpful. A great place to make your home.
