Flat Out, the best experience I ever had!!!!!
To Jaclyn, Laron, and Kiliel you guys all told me it was no problem; but after being someplace for 20+yrs, you really made my transition pleasant. I tried to show my appreciation to you guys on every encounter, and you always made me feel welcome.
To Gail, I did not interact with you as much, but your "GIRLS" defended you all the way!!! As the Manager, These Ladies get their office performance from you! I may be just one customer, but I was very satisfied!!!

Larson Woodson was amazingly helpful with the entire move-in process. She helped us to get signed up, approved, get our lease signed and turn on our utilities all in one day, a Saturday no less! I highly recommend checking out the White Oak Apartments, and when you do, make sure you ask to speak with Laron!

Massive shout out to Jaclyn Hengel who saved the day. Our family ended up in a horrible situation and were 4 days from becoming homeless due unfortunate circumstances. Not only did Jaclyn accommodate meeting us VERY last minute but she was kind and warm when we got here. She was actively available to assist us as we bombarded her with her questions and also was graceful enough to gave us the space when we needed to talk and vent. She promptly responded to emails and was always available to our calls. In less than 48 hours she had us settled with keys and ready to move! Jaclyn literally saved

I have had the best experience living in the community! The office team, Laron, Kiliel, Jaclyn and Gail are amazing to work with. Every time I come in the office they are readily available to assist me with anything I need. Floyd the maintenance tech is just as awesome! The new maintenance crew is killing it! I’m happy to be here.

I have been living here for almost a year. When I first moved here, everything was good pretty good. Recently, however, they take weeks to fix anything. How can you call this luxury living when we pay a substantial amount of rent for better accommodations yet a simple service request goes weeks without being fixed. I can't even get an estimate on when maintenance might fix the problem. I don't know what happened to the management of this property but it's going downhill fast. Look for other luxury apartments.

Trash overflowing around trash area constantly.Residents place trash outside doorway throughout the day even on days when there is no pickup.This creates bugs and horrible smells. Tree limbs have overgrown the complex hanging over sidewalks and parking spaces. Dog violations all around the complex. Mulch from playground washed onto the sidewalk covering it for weeks. Resident parking is a huge problem not enforcing the hang tags.

The office team is phenomenal and I love their communication with the tenants and Laron has over and above customer service skills along with Kiliel, Gail and Jaclyn as well. I really enjoy living here and the atmosphere is amazing they also do fun events for all tenants including pool parties. Definitely is the place to reside if you are not interested or ready to purchase a house.

I have called to the corporate office 4 times this week and left a message to speak to someone above the regional manager (Ashley king) of this property no one from their corporate office has contacted me to give a Legitimate reason to why I am receiving a non renewal notice with no balance . I have been living here for two years with no problems. Receiving the notice on June 10th and my lease actually ends on July 16th. Tell me how can this company be so insensitive to people coming out of a pandemic, having to abruptly move .furthermore, I am also a Diaylsis patient so switching environments

I have been living here for almost 3 years now and it is amazing! The pool is always clean and safe and fun for my family! The office staff is very nice and very helpful and quick to help us with a maintenance issue or a question about our lease. The property manager Gail is super nice and friendly and always makes my kids feel special when we go in the office.
The apartments have great features and have great space! If I have a spider or anything I see they add us to the pest control and they are very nice and friendly! The property is always clean. The trash gets a little full during holidays

This is a great property to reside! I toured this place, and fell in love with it immediately. I decided to stay at a different location due to the closer proximity to work, but if it wasn't for that, my home would be here. The leasing staff is amazing, and the property manager (Felicia Parker) REALLY knows her stuff and is actually interested in what you want! Highly recommend this place!

Overall : I love my apartment, after a two star review for the leasing process, I must update this to a 5 Star review as this is a 5 start community.
Plenty of parking with wide parking spaces and several spots for visitors, large spacious rooms, the kitchen is amazing. They also have a 24/7 gym and pool on site! Cable, Internet and Valet Trash included in rent!
White Oak is a wonderful community, with great apartments and amenities. For the price you can't beat it the leasing office was able to rectify an error and provide exceptional service as they have since the beginning of the apartment

The most incompetent office staff I've ever dealt with and I've lived in a number of apartment complexes, all being less expensive than White Oak. Do not bother making them aware of any issue you're experiencing such as noise complaints, belongings left in the breeze ways, snow treatment, or anything of the sort because nothing will actually be done about it. The final straw was having my car broken into and having to hear from the police at four in the morning that a string of car burglaries has been occurring over the past week in the complex rather than from management - whom

The positives: beautiful kitchen and flooring, kind office staff, kind and efficient maintenance staff.
The negatives: below are conditions and concerns upon my move-out June 2015 (in no particular order):
1 - Many feral cats living on the property
2- Insect problems both inside and out (unfortunately I did not discover this until the initial walk-through... it took three months to resolve inside insect issues, when I ended up fumigating the apartment myself, and the outdoor wasps and spiders continued to be a problem due to the beautiful but pervasive landscaping.)
3 - Playground is not maintained

Do not rent from this place! My wife and I were not made aware of the fact that smoking is allowed in some if the buildings. Unfortunately we were placed in a smoking apartment. The walls connecting my neighbor's apartment to ours were so thin that the smoke permeated into my 1 year old son's room rendering it useless. When I asked the manager, Beth Jocobs, what I could do, she basically said "nothing". So, I was renting a 3 bedroom apartment, but could only use 2 bedrooms.
