AC went out early in the morning. Maintenance came out that day and had me up and running. Was not a typical problem, but Kevin figured out very quickly. Office staff “Chanelle” was very polite and efficient.

Front office is amazing.
Kristine is always willing to help and do anything she can to help.
Any issues in apartment corrected very fast from staff.

Great place to live! Tucked away behind downtown Chester, gives you a homey private feel! The rental company is incredibly nice and helpful. They care about their tenets and their properties and continue to show it with their engagement in the community/social media and updating their properties. Would recommend to anyone!

Very good place to live. Neighbors were very courteous and respectful. All the service requests we submitted were always completed in a nice and timely fashion. If you need a nice place to live in Chester with a FANTASTIC location, then look no further. I enjoyed my time at CVG very much.

I just want to say from the application process to the move in process it was PHENOMENAL!! Stephanie was very personable and really did her best to make this process soo very much worth it !! From the tears to the cheers she made this one of the BEST experiences I’ve had with apartment hunting !!! I would recommend anyone to this agency!!!! 5 STARS!!!

I have lived here 5 years and love every second i have been here. Its a very safe neighborhood with plenty of entertainment near by. The office always host events that are really fun. The ladies in the office are great! My work orders are also always done on time. I would HIGHLY recommend these apartments.

Great community to live in. The office staff is HORRIBLE, poor customer service skills. They say one thing on the phone but email you something different. If your looking for a fixed amount each month I would NOT recommend this place. Your rent be one price for about 3 months then it climbs 200-350 more other months.

THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIFIC RENTING EXPERIENCE WE'VE EVER HAD!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOTALLY NON-EXISTENT AND FORGET ABOUT PROMPT ,EFFICIENT MAINTENANCE SERVICE!!! AN EXTENTED STAY MOTEL WOULD HAVE BEEN A MUCH BETTER CHOICE!!
PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND SPEND YOUR MONEY AT ANY OTHER MUCH NICER LIVING COMMUNITY THAN CHESTER VILLAGE GREEN!!! 🤬

Good apartments, nice location & quiet....my only complaint is when YOUR assigned parking space gets taken by your neighbors guests when there are designated visitor spots...I’ve made multiple complaints about this issue and nothing has been done🙄 even with “towing enforced” signs no one seems to care... then what’s the point of having assigned signed spaces🤔 hopefully they start towing or get rid of numbered spaces then.
