Our team is committed to educating our clients in how to keep your pets healthy year round, with good nutrition, exercise and yearly physicals. Robbins Road Animal Clinic stays on top of the latest advances in veterinarian technology and above all, remembers that all animals and pets need to be treated with loving care in every office visit, procedure, or surgery.
Dr. JoLee is a lifelong resident of West Michigan and has called RRAC her home since she was a child. She followed in her father's footsteps and became a veterinarian after graduating from MSU. Dr. JoLee is an avid traveller and loves nothing more than packing a suitcase and exploring the world! Her dream would be to travel on the Orient Express.
Your pet is an important part of your family, and when he or she is ill, you want the best medical care available. The veterinarians and staff at our clinic are ready to provide your pet with cutting edge veterinary medical care. From wellness exams and vaccines to advanced diagnostics and complex surgical procedures, your dog or cat will receive high quality care at our hospital.
We consider our patients as family and treat each one with the individualized treatment that they deserve. Our clinic serves the local West Michigan area treating dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and size. We strive to make visits to the clinic fear free so that when our patients return to the clinic they are just as excited to be here as we are to have them.
When arriving at our clinic, please check in at the front counter. A Customer Service Rep will confirm your name, your pet's name, reason for the visit and if you brought any samples to be tested. For everyone's safety, we ask that all pets either be on a short leash or in a carrier when entering the clinic.

Cancelled appointment due to me being stuck in traffic and 10 minutes late. When I spoke to the receptionist I said I would be pulling in the parking lot any minute and she said they were not willing to stay till close to see my dog. Even though he was only getting a shot and it would take less than 10 minutes. It’s also very hard to get appointments here and so my dogs see other vets. Very disappointed in the unwillingness to help. :(

I called to get my dog in for a shot on a Thursday and they said they’d get back with me because they were so busy and my dog was suffering with allergies. Mind you they never even told me that there was an option for a shot and he’s been getting a pill that has been barely helping. They say they were going to call back and they didn’t I called… them again and said they were so busy and that they would call me back and again they did not. I had to work all day Friday and still no call back, call Saturday morning and they can’t get him until Monday and they said that

First visit was good. Told my cat’s ears were clear. She must have allergies. Vet did not know why she was itching her ears. Was given an optional sample. Told if I wanted to use it. Two weeks later, she developed thick in her ears. Instead of admitting to have missed the issue originally, I was given attitude for not choosing to use an optional sample product. Even over heard it being said to staff, if they could get me to use a product. Again, totally placing the issue on me, because of not using a sample product I was told was optional. My new puppies first visit here was such a good one !!! Everyone was so friendly and happy ! Dr Karen was so kind and very knowledgeable that I was instantly sure I had made the RIGHT CHOICE to put RRAC in charge of Dash’s my new puppies care. During the exam he stood up and gave Dr Karen kisses ! He felt very at ease too . Everyone from start to finish of our visit was just so kind ! I left the office feeling happy and so confident in my choice for who I wanted to care for my new fur baby . I rate RRAC 10 out of 10 !!!!!

Every part of the experience exceeded my expectations. Each employee that assisted us was friendly, patient with my timid kitty and knowledgeable about his condition and treatment. I made an error with my medication order, and someone from the clinic noticed the error and called to help me correct the mistake. I appreciated the accuracy and that the staff is dedicated to creating a positive experience even beyond the office.

We just moved to the area from Saint Clair Shores, and were looking for a vet to take care of our three kitties. We could not be happier with our choice of Robbins Road Animal Clinic! they're always so nice, and answer any question that you have about your pet, pets health, or pet medication and never make you feel stupid for asking. If you're looking for a vet, I would highly recommend these guys!

I called them first thing in the morning in a panic because my young cat started throwing up worms! It was the first time she had gone to the vet as she was very new to us and we just got her. They got us in the same day and were great with her! She had an accident in the carrier and they cleaned her up! I can’t wait until Covid settles down enough to meet her vet! Will be going back to them forever!

A week back I called to schedule an appointment for a notification I received. When the receptionist explained services, I asked the cost of the visit so I could set the money aside, having lost both jobs to Covid19. She simple told me the cost separating as I sat and added up for her?! Then my appointment gets cancelled and I ask about my 800 Pet… Med order from a week ago, assuming it was being held for the annual heart worm test. The office manager said she would call me back.
