The traditional Russian Kettlebell, with its trademark handle and bowling ball shape, allows for unprecedented flexibility in stylizing your full body workout. The AK-47 of Exercise Equipment By Pavel Tsatsouline, Chairman. Mikhail Kalashnikov, the inventor the (in)famous AK-47 assault rifle, recently passed away at the age of 94.

As an elite athlete in several sports, Mark Reifkind has his share of serious injuries, surgeries and chronic pain. Yet he's been able to recover far beyond expectations. In this three-hour workshop video, he'll show you what he did, and explain how these techniques can work for you or your clients.
Services
1 Kettlebells can be the solution to trying to squeeze cardiovascular, resistance, functional AND flexibility training in an already overbooked schedule. 2 The solution to thinking of your body as a collection of "muscle groups" to be "isolated". KB exercises train your body to work as the unit it is.
Join the kettlebell revolution and swing your way into a fitter, trimmer body - one you'll keep forever. In this workshop DVD, Rif introduces the basics of lat kinesiology, and teach the steps needed to build a powerful back. Get Mark's DVD here. Few people use the swing to its full potential - in this live workshop DVD, Tracy will show you how to do just that.

I have been a client of Mark since 2000. I was referred to him by a Physical Therapist after my ACL reconstruction rehab was not going as I had hoped. I have been an athlete my entire life in a variety of sports from a young age. My body has taken a beating over the years and after turning 40, I was fit, running in the bay area foothills about 40 miles per week and playing USTA tennis. Long story short, I blew out my knee and ruptured my ACL during practice for upcoming USTA sectional playoffs. I had reconstruction and did all my required PT * months later I still had significant pain, swelling

Mark "Rif" Reifkind helped get me started with both Kettlebells and Z-Health back in the day, and for this and other things I shall be eternally grateful!

Like Mark, I've suffered from lower-back pain (LBP) over the years, but Mark is a kind, gentle, and extremely well informed and effective strength and movement coach. Since starting to work with Rif, I have gone through the DragonDoor HKC/RKC programs as well as the Z-Health R/I/S/T cirricula. I wouldn't be where I am now if it weren't for Rif, I just wish I had the chance to work with him more often and learn as much

It is important to understand that there are many different levels of personal trainers, and at the top sits Mark. Receive the benefit of his 30 plus years of training at a high level in gymnastics, triathlon, marathons, swimming, powerlifting, kettlbells, etc.
It is possible to stack fitness on top of dysfunction if a trainer does not understand how the body works, so Mark's method of corrective exercise followed by truly strenuous and results
