Kelly's competitive cheer teams won over 8 national titles during her 18 years of coaching. In 1998, she started teaching group exercise while working full time and finished up college. In 2009 Kelly retired from coaching competitive cheer to focus on her fitness career. About a year later she made a transition from working in the fitness industry part time to full time, a long term goal that she finally achieved.

I've been training with Kelly for about 4 months now. She helps make working out fun and has also provided a number of suggestions to help me with varying my workouts and suggestions to adjust my nutrition by adding shakes. I've also had a number of wrist issues due to repetitive keyboard and mouse use and she has helped me with working on strengthening my wrists to decrease the repetitive pain. Highly recommend her as a personal trainer!
