This apartment community is absolutely horrible. You will be charged on the top of their high rent for everything , water , gas , sewer, utility service ( they don't have any explanation what is this charge for) exterminator , trash, internet, and electric. Landscaping is horrible, company doesn't spend much on maintenance and cleaning. Our Amazon package got lost multiple times and when we complained they told us to call Amazon for replacement! They do not take any responsibility to provide services.
Unfortunately we stock on contract for this year. We will not renew our rent.

Lived at Arbor Lakes for 6 years, the new property managers have done a lot to improve the quality of management and living there in the last few years (package storage lockers, fast maintenance service, improving shared spaces like the pool and gym). The property management has been flexible and very understanding when it comes to making things work for their tenants, they get 5 stars. The buildings themselves are nice, many have been renovated with laminate. There is now a pedestrian entrance to the forest preserve right across the street and easy access to the highway and shopping.

I lived at arbor lakes apartments for more than a year, moved out as I was moving out of state, If not I would have definitely stayed there much longer. My stay at arbor lakes was absolutely amazing. My apartment was right next to a pond, It had a great view and the pond area felt like my backyard.
The management is great, it changed while I was there but both of them were really good. Maintenance is really good, they respond timely and fix everything as soon as possible.
I had some change in move out dates and Chrystel from the leasing office was very polite and accommodated my requests promptly

Lived here for almost 3 years and loved the stay. Maintenance was prompt and the management team was communicative and understanding. Also the apartments were kept nice on the outside and provided easy access to the highway without the noise.
Chrystel helped my wife and I move between units and we were thankful to her and the team for all of their help!

Loved this apartment. Not only did I love the layout and aesthetics of the unit but management was very nice. I had personal issues where I had to leave the unit earlier than expected and Chrystel did her best to stay in contact with me about the lease situation and how to handle it. She eased my mind thru the whole thing and finally helped me me get it figured out.
All management was great but special shout out to Chrystel!!

I've lived here for the past couple of years and I have to say its a very great and open area to live. The property is clean, tenants pick up after their pets and they have 24/7 on call maintenance. If I didn't need a bigger place, I would still live here. Thank you for such a great experience overall. Keep up the good work!!

Apartment for the price, size and quality is much better than other options in the area. I'd give this 4/5.
The walls of the apartment are thin and you can basically hear talking and music in other apartments. Several noise complaints of loud music bass seemed to have done nothing and got swept under their rug.
Maintenance and grounds gets a 5/5.
The headache of dealing with the new office people... 2/5.
I found myself having to check in multiple times via phone call or email every time I needed something. Everyone in the office all uses the exact same email address so you never know who you

I lived in arbor lakes for 4 years. Just moved out of state. One the best place I have ever rented. Management is awesome under Kara! She is one of the best person to work with and super helpful with everything. Maintenance crew comes and get things done in no time. I highly recommend this place. Cheers

I have been at Arbor lakes for about 6 months now. Kara and her team are great. I had some issues/questions at first since I am new to the area and Kara went out of her way to assist me and make me comfortable and even gave me some recommendations and made my transition to the area painless. Whenever I have had any questions or concerns Kara and her staff have been amazing and taken care of them ASAP. Even minor maintenance items the maintenance team has been awesome as well. My apartment is beautiful and overlooks the lake/fountain and is well worth the value. I highly recommend this property
