The Maintenance person named Bill was amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. My apartment got flooded with sewage water at 6:30 AM today, and by 7:30 AM (30 minutes before the office opened), Bill was here taking care of the incident. He thoroughly washed the floors and bathtub in my apartment and washed the floor area outside of where the sewage water was to be safe.

Clover Ridge is a beautiful and welcoming community! I love that they are pet friendly (they even give our dog treats when we visit) and have the kindest office staff. Clover Ridge is a clean and well maintained community with a beautiful pool, exercise room, and common area (with a fireplace and pool table). The maintenance guys are wonderful and very responsive to any requests that are submitted. It is so nice having our own in unit washer and dryer. The first year of your lease is great, but the longer you stay the more fees they add on......Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Nothing about this property is luxurious, don't let the pictures fool you. On top of an already high rent and misc fees they've just added a $10 fee per vehicle a month!!! Just getting thru a pandemic with things already being shaky what's the first thing they do???? Add another fee......go figure

I've lived here for four years and will continue to for several reasons. First, if you look elsewhere in the nearby area there are other poorly rated apartments that are more expensive and the price is on point for what you get especially to have washer and dryer in unit.
Second, the rental community and the neighborhood surrounding it is quiet, clean, and has quick access to the highway and other areas. If you have a dog this is a great neighborhood to enjoy walks. Yes at times it can get out of hand because of excessive snow or irresponsible dog owners, but these issues get addressed quickly

My wife and I lived here for 2 years and its a special place. Our first daughter was born here. We had great times in this community. Management is very professional and they listen to you and your needs. I have looked around this suburb and by far this is the best community and management. Thanks for having us.

My wife and I lived at Clover Ridge East apartments for two years and it was a pleasure calling our apartment home. The front office staff cares about their residents and are always happy and available to help. Maintenance was extremely responsive and professional when we had issues arise, especially in emergency situations. Beautiful neighborhood and amenities/facilities. I will miss grilling outdoors and swimming in the pool during summer. During the cold winter months, grounds crew was extremely fast and prompt at removing snow from the parking lot and salting the common walkways. Thank you

I have lived in a few different apartment complexes over the years and I must say that this is the best one I have ever come across. Michelle and Selena are extremely helpful and absolutely amazing with how they treat residents. Selena made me feel so comfortable with the move in process and Michelle kept true to everything she promised during our initial future resident consultation. Michelle also made sure I was satisfied upon move in and when there was a problem she corrected it right away. They both respond to calls and emails promptly and answer all questions/concerns with the utmost professionalism

We have lived here for 8 months and are very happy with the apartment complex. Maintenance is prompt and the team at the leasing office is super helpful! They are both quick in resolving issues. You pay $7 every month for a tiny storage unit and $5 every month as admin fee for processing rent, but apart from that, I have no complaints whatsoever. This is a great apartment to stay in! There is a nice trail around within a mile and very polite neighbors.

When I first moved in the bathtub was leaking and took over 9 months to fix. The fridge also had an issue with the timing circuit which allowed ice to build up and melt all over the floor. They came by several times before it was properly fixed after 8 months. The furnace pilot light went more than once in the middle of winter and could have been prevented with routine cleaning of the pilot light. They did not paint or shampoo the apartment between tenants. The floors of these buildings are cheap (thin) leading to thin noisy floors that squeak with every step.
