Living experience was just okay for the price. A few small amenities and a decent gym. Walls and floors being uneven makes it feel like a total fun house, also can hear neighbors often. Will not usually respond to maintenance requests right away; had water leaking from my light for 3-4 days before someone came over. Overcharged for my last month (3 months ago) and leasing office will not respond back after multiple calls and emails. Would only have given 3 stars for the two years I lived there, giving 2 because of the lack of communication.

Very scummy and overpriced place. Tenants are allowed to smoke inside so it smells disgusting. People's cigarette smoke comes into my unit even when it's not cold out and they could easily go outside (units have a patio or balcony) but they're just too inconsiderate for that. Don't live here if you have any standards and want to breathe clean air.

I usually never leave reviews, but I felt compelled to give my feedback. I've only been living here for a few short weeks but have had the most pleasant experience so far. The apartments are so clean, no bugs, no noisy neighbors, no weird smells. Beautiful area to walk your dogs or just go for a morning stroll. And even though you're next to a highway, it's barely noisy at all! Everyone in the community has been so friendly too, on top of the staff being so professional and welcoming. I personally worked with Lauren and Julie, they were both so helpful! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

This was my first apartment together with my boyfriend, and it was also while we lived here that we adopted a puppy. So for this reason Fieldpointe will always have a place in our hearts! It is a wonderful apartment complex with a beautiful courtyard and amazing pool & fitness center. The management was always very kind and helpful, and maintenance was always quick to respond to our requests. I would definitely recommend Fieldpointe to anyone!
