We were very happy with Greg Bell's inspection work. We bought new home from Toll Brothers but decided to hire our own inspector. It was worth it. He did responsible work. He found cracked tiles on the roof which could have resulted in damage. Yes, we will recommend him.

We used Greg Bell in Henderson, Nevada, we were purchasing a home and requested an inspection to assure everything was in good condition. We had a HORRIBLE experience with him and his employee. They missed MANY things, water stain on ceiling, bathtub faucet pulled away from tub close to an inch. Electrial outlets didn't work. If a light fixture didn't have a bulb in it they didn't check that it was in working condition. Irrigation valves were all leaking, they not only missed that but failed to notice one box full of growing mushrooms. I would never used Greg Bell and his company. His employee
