House To Home Inspection
This exterior door opens out instead of into the dwelling. This means on a rainy day the valley flashing on the roof will drain water all over the person entering of leaving. From the rooftop you can see this vent pipe is not flashed properly and in the attic you can see water intrusion from this poor workmanship.

Perimeter walls and vegetation are also part of your inspection. It's not a requirement in the Nevada Standards of practice but at House to Home Inspection we exceed the Standards. The wall and tree removal in this case may be the burden of the Seller. Here you see a flat rooftop with shingles being used.

Buying a new home may be the biggest investment you'll ever make. Although the process is very exciting it quickly becomes overwhelming. While the home you have selected may appear to be just what you're looking for, how can you be sure there aren't potentially serious unknown defects which can make your investment in your future a costly one?

The structure of the home is what gives it shape and strength. The most commonly asked questions of a professional home inspector are related to evaluating the condition of the structure.

Pool materials: Pools come in a variety of different materials, some requiring more maintenance than others. Concrete is covered with a plaster water seal that can take more wear and tear than other pool materials.
Water is the universal solvent, and it has the capability of dissolving just about anything. Because of this unique property, water can easily become contaminated. Serious contaminates such as Lead and E. Coli Bacteria may be toxins affecting your family's health. Listed below are the four major testing categories that we can examine when doing a water test.
Due to implications in numerous house fires, the once common practice of using aluminum wiring during the 1970's is no longer permitted in new installations in most jurisdictions. If your house has aluminum wiring you do not necessarily need to panic. Aluminum wiring can be just as safe as copper wire as long as it has been installed correctly.

Frank is very detailed. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. We were on a very short timeline and Frank was able to inspect the home and get our report to us the same day! I would absolutely recommend House to Home Inspection!

Frank did an amazing job inspecting the home I am purchasing. He was extremely thorough, took his time, and inspected the property like it was his own. I have had numerous conversations with him throughout the process as well as after the inspection and he answered all questions completely and understandably. I could not be more pleased with his report! It is very evident that he is truly passionate about his work and values his clients highly. I now have the utmost confidence that I understand the property and its issues before purchasing, and it is all thanks to Frank and House to Home Inspections

I have worked with Frank for the purchases of 3 homes over the last 6 years. There is not another inspector in the valley that I would trust to inspect my prospective home! He is thorough, detail oriented and provides a very high level of customer service. During my most recent inspection, Frank was at my prospective home from 10am - 3:30 pm for a 3400 sf home, THAT'S how thorough he is with his work.
Frank truly cares about the condition of the home and providing you with all the facts, NOT just what you want to hear. Prospective home buyers, I know.. purchasing your home can be an emotional

We've used Frank with House to Home inspections twice now (last house 9-10 years ago and currently buying another house) . . . can' say enough about Frank. He's very thorough and very diligent about checking everything. With our first house, we knew about some of the obvious problems (that we could see in plain sight); second house looks perfect, but with Frank we found some underlying problems. Would totally recommend Frank and House to Home if you're looking for reliable, diligent and a very thorough inspection. You don't want any surprises when moving into a new home!

This company is THE BOSS!!! Frank was our inspector and he spent 6 and a half hours inspecting a 2900 sq ft home we are buying (he charges a flat rate like all other inspectors). When we got his report THE SAME DAY, it was THE MOST DETAILED our real estate agent has ever seen!! We know EVERYTHING about the electrical, plumbing, structural, doors, windows, appliances and so on!! The report he gave us was 59 detailed pages in the main report and 11 pages for the summary.
If you're buying a home and you don't use this company, you WILL NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BUYING...PERIOD!!! You get what you pay

This inspector came out to my new property and needed more money to fully inspec the house within 20 mins of being on the property. I personally don't like it when people say they can do a job for a said price and ask for more money as soon as they step foot on the property. If you don't bid the job correctly then you eat the loss. Not to mention we had to wait almost a week for him to come out.

I used Frank to inspect my home. He was very thorough. The inspection found a big air leak in my air conditioner. It was blowing cold air into my garage. After I bought my house i hired an air conditioning company to fix the leak. The repair was easy and fast. The technician told me I will save about 100.00 a month in cooling bills. I would highy recommend House to Home Inspection to anyone looking to buy a house.
