We estimate that it will take us roughly 1,000 square feet per hour. So, if your home is 2,200 sq ft., we would estimate that the inspection will take about 2 - 2.5 hours to complete. Some things to take into consideration when it comes to the duration of the inspection are: the age of the home, if it has any amenities like a pool or a spa, and if it's vacant or occupied.

I'm very happy with the service from "Vegas Inspect". Our inspector, Devin, showed up on-time ready to get to it. I can't explain the negative reviews with the other guy but Devin was money. While Devin was conducting the inspection, he explained what he saw in detail which was greatly appreciated. We had our results late that night, which means he was up on Saturday night working on our document. Easy 5 Stars!!!!!

Paid extra to have spa and pool inspected. The inspected home was missing the heater for the spa, and the inspection made no mention of something missing for something as crucial as the heat for a hot tub. Of course I was satisfied with them initially, because I had to take their word for it, but when I asked for a second opinion and found out that they missed crucial things, I became very disappointed in the quality of work done. If your realtor recommends Vegas Inspect, ask for someone else. Why pay someone to miss important items?

Hector from Vegas Inspect was highly professional and provided a great inspection service He showed up early and was happy to answer all of questions during the inspection and afterward. There are a lot of inspection companies in Las Vegas. But Vegas Inspect is one of the good ones. Not only are they very responsive when scheduling, they are one of the very few that actually encourage the buyer and the agents to meet them at the house and go over the inspection results. A lot of other inspectors and inspection companies refuse to interact with their clients, whether that client be a buyer or a seller or a real estate agent.

Excellent service! The inspector (Hector) was thorough and provided lots of useful information. He addressed my concerns, and then inspected my entire home. I received the inspection report the same day. Found some things that the average buyer (non-contractor) would have never known were an issue, or even there, until they turned into costly repairs later on. The home is a new build, so I'm glad the issues were discovered while the home is still under warranty. The investment was well worth it.

Had to have a home inspection done during the holiday break and these guys were available at whatever time, communicative, quick to respond and awesome to work with in person. Their prices are where they should be and not more during the time I needed them, (between Christmas and New Years). The inspector that I worked with, Charles, was very professional, walked me through what he was looking for and explained how to maintain certain parts or areas of the home once I moved in. The owner Charles is not looking out for your best interest. He made a major mistake with inspection that he personally supervised. After he was aware of the problem, he failed to make up for the mistake.
