Mark Grillo who manages Meg Property Services is absolutely the best property owner I've come into contact with. One time my pilot light on my stove had gone out. I let Mark know about it early on a weekday and asked him if it could be fixed the same day. Mark said it could be fixed the same day as long as time permitted and asked what time was good for me. Then I asked Mark to have a maintenance person meet me at my apartment to re-ignite the pilot light when I got home from work. The maintenance person was standing outside my apartment when I got home from work. I was stunned at the punctuality
