The Maintenance around here really Stinks!!!! I've Called the Office on their Emergency Number(On Sunday Oct3rd)for a Leak in My Bedroom. They came Yesterday too Fix the Copper Pipe & were Supose too return Today @ 8:30am-9:00am & still NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!!! IT IS ABOUT 4:23pm & STILL NOBODY SHOWED UP HERE TOO FIX MY BEDROOM WALL!!!!😡😡 I WILL BE HIRING A LAWYER & GETTING IN TOUCH WITH SECTION 8!!!!

Eagle pointe is a nice place to live. The rooms are very spacious, I love the walk-in closet. I never had a bug problem only ants in the summer But I lived in the basement apartment so that’s typical to happen. The staff was always nice and on top of their job. The people above me unfortunately they don’t care about the people living underneath.I never had any problems. There is a high school and a park across the street. I would recommend you to live there.A great area to raise your kids as well

This complaint has been an issue since before covid-19. Often packages will be delivered to the lease office, and I will attempt to pick up the package during their hours of operation. I will try to call, and no one will answer. I will knock on the door, and much the same, no one will answer. Once I had a package delivered and not have the lease office issue it until two months after it was delivered. Most recently, I called no less than ten times in a 24 hour period, no one answered not could be bothered to return my call. Linda is always helpful when she is on shift, but her support staff is

I very rarely leave reviews unless my experiences are excellent or extremely horrible. I am leaving this review in hopes that we can save someone from enduring what we have during our time here. We lived at Eagle Pointe Apartments for 1 year and we couldn’t get out fast enough. I wish I would’ve taken the existing reviews seriously because maybe I wouldn’t have ever been in this situation.

This is a very bad buildings, property there is no management, when you move out after will punish you very very much money, I think this is the purpose of this region, the manager of the handling is very bad, outside now so ill, he did what all can't explain to you, will only make you pay a fine, is the worst place I lived

They’re so quick to take your money but don’t return it. I put a deposit down on a place and still have not received the refund. I have called three times and they tell me that the corporate office deals with it and that after they call them they will call me. They have never called back. It’s going on four weeks and still haven’t seen anything

These are called Eagle Pointe Apartments. The Jefferson Gardens is the old name. Definitely the worst apartments I have ever lived in. The management is useless. They let anyone live here. They have a dinky A/C ghetto rigged into the living to cool the apartment, which you have to keep on constantly. We complained several times about a neighbor who turned our building into a sub woofer with no resolve. People litteraly race down the streets every day with their muffler-less bikes. I don't even have to set an alarm because our neighbor wakes us and our kid every morning at 6:30am with his pos
