Nice Apartment's and for a good price on your monthly rent, this is the place to come, we've moved customers from out West to these Apartments dozens of times with happy results, most of the people who move to Connecticut are looking for a decent Apartment and cheap monthly rent so they all start here and once they've gotten Established in Ct, they will now have the opportunity to look for that House or Condo in other surrounding towns.

Tough place to live. Very expensive for very little. The price is ok until all the fees get added on. I had these people living above me and we mentioned to the office about all the noise and they told us there’s nothing they can do. Never could get a parking spot because no one ever leaves. I went to pay our last month of rent and if said $0 which I knew was wrong and went to go check and the lady had this attitude and was like oh you definitely owe me money. Like wait I owe you nothing i know I owed money that’s why I checked but whatever bye.
