This place is no where near affordable unless you have a well paying job. I have had also heard of a women that works there can be very nasty, rude, and prejudice. I do have to say that there are many activities to do and is well kept with the housing and landscaping and has a laundromat on site. They allow cats and dogs but that is more money you have to pay.

My living experience here at the River View Apartments has been totally awesome! The property manager and the maintenance crew are always on top of things and when there is something that needs to be fixed they do it in a timely manner. I appreciated that, greatly. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, convenient to all the local stores in the area.

I am going to rent here because the people here are very understanding and helpful. They were very courteous and professional. They always returned calls and were honest with me about what needed to happen. Gisela was very respectful to me and handled all my questions promptly. I would recommend renting here for sure.

I'm a current tenant living here. Do NOT rent here. The management is painfully unprofessional. Me and my boyfriend called 3 times to get a leak fixed (every time we took a bath the down stairs apartment would leak). The first time I heard that it was leaking we went to the office and told 'management', the maintenance came to my apartment, shined a flash light down the drain and said "well it looks fine". That was it. we called another 2 times and never heard back. I don't know how many times my down stairs neighbor called but it took a year for the complex to do anything. When they finally did

Amazing place to visit and live... Both myself and my Navy friend were impressed with the active property management, feeling of overall safety and cleanliness of the grounds and facilities, and the community felt very pet and family friendly, while also upholding a high standard of quality (I've experienced most "pet friendly" places to be less clean overall, and that was not true in this establishment... It's the best of both worlds!) :)
