I have been looking for a place to live for a while now, to get our of my current situation and was looking into Groton Townhouses because of all the good reviews. I'm happy to report that their application process is so easy and Jacquie was very helpful, even though I kept calling after hours (my work schedule sucks) . It can be hard when you have to do business between 9-5 - but Jacquie was so accommodating to my needs. Great person

Not do I only love my beautiful home, but the maintenance staff is above and beyond! I had an issue and it was addressed promptly. They were friendly, courteous and even cleaned up after themselves. My appliance was replaced with a brand new, out of the box, not refurbished appliance. I work in maintenance administration, so I fully appreciate the quality work and service received.

My young daughter and I moved in to one of the new updated/ renovated 2 bedroom townhomes about a month and a half ago. We have really enjoyed everything so far. The upgrades, layout community garden, and our own front garden.
Also we are located perfectly in the culdusac (court) area and it's amazing especially for my daughter.
I have also say a HUGE THANK YOU to Jacquie and the personal 24 hour maintenance .
After a long great day celebrating my daughter's birthday I somehow dropped my house key at my moms about 35 min away. I realized this at 730ish pm as I arrived home.
Let's just say once

I don't normally take the time to write a review online but the management team at Groton Townhouses is outstanding. They go above and beyond for their residents. My grandmother lives there and needs more help as she ages, so I am frequently visiting her. Recently though, I was deployed, so I'm not able to help her out like I used to. The staff here frequently checks in on her and is kind and friendly and will go above and beyond than just a 'maintenance' call. I thank you greatly.

I was just reflecting on the value of when my children and I lived here.
Its one thing to live somewhere. Its another to reside in a community.
My children and I have such great memories. Building massive snow sculptures in the court. The tree lined streets in the fall of bright orange, yellows and reds. The employees that treated the residents like family.
Good memories.

This place is horrible to live. There is always issues with the new parking spots. The office only gives excuses about issues and never fixes them. The snow removal here is pushed to literally the last minute causing you to do it yourself. The houses don’t have any ventilation and always keep the heat way to high during the winter. I do not recommend every living here.

Even a few raindrops couldn’t dampen the smiles and laughter at the pizza party at The Groton Townhouse Apartments Friday night. The crew that put it together were festively dressed with pizza hats & aprons. We had more than enough to eat, and there was cake for dessert. It was so nice to talk with neighbors instead of just saying, “Good Morning”, as we walked our dogs or went off to work. Thanks to management for getting us all together!
