The staff is extremely friendly, and the community manager, Arline, is very helpful and kind. For being short staffed, George and Arline did a fantastic job.
The two bed/two bath apartments are very spacious. The master bedroom is fairly large. And bathroom is connected to the master bedroom. That bathroom feels like I’m in a hotel with how big it is. Large bathroom mirror, and walk in shower. We have a balcony right out from our living room. Pretty decent size. Our cats love it. The kitchen has garbage disposal, dishwasher, and tons cabinets.
The parking lot isn’t well lit, only the sidewalks

I wrote a review on APB apartments a year ago and had to write another one. The new manager has made so many great changes to the complex within a short time, its amazing. She is also very patience and understanding. I wanted to thank them publicly. It has been a rough year and half for everyone and its good to live at a place where people care. Again, I really appreciate you (Ms. Rivera). Thank you so much

I had a really wonderful experience when I went to pay my deposit. I am very excited to live in this community with the St Augustine floor plan. Arlina made this transition as smooth as possible, and she was very helpful in my experience through this transition. The experience was so good that the transition was smooth and it was not unnerving. She was very meticulous about the details of what has been done, with expectations from me from the start. That is true professionalism, and I think we are going to be very happy in our new home. Thanks Arlina!

My truck got stolen right out of the parking lot and staff arent doing anything to help. I am moving out of this complex asap! Then they say it not their responsibility that someone stole my truck at THEIR complex while they have security cameras that somehow didnt see anything! This place is terible. Would reccomend this place to anybody

I don’t even know we’re to begin with my experience in this place giant roaches in the kitchen due to poor contractor work, Ac that goes out all summer, Rude receptionist and they new property manager is malicious on another level they give you a Aristocracy feeling , they fired the former manager Angie after a whole year and this new team have no care at all for there residents they have completely gone of the rails! Not to mention your car might get towed at anytime, it takes weeks for maintenance to come out and fix anything and the stair wells are as dirty as a 3rd world county, the Raccoons

I love living in this community! They have everything that I need right on property!! The office staff, especially Ms. Marie, are very kind and helpful every time I spoken with them! The maintenance requests have always been answered in an extremely timely fashion. I couldn't ask for more from this community!! Thank you so much for the opportunity to live here. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to live.

Do NOT live here. The management, specifically JT, doesn’t care about anything except signing new leases. If you bring up any issue, they will turn it on you to make it seem like it’s your fault and not poor management. When given the chance to make a situation better, they still blow it. I issued a complaint about the valet trash service (that they force you to opt in for as part of the rent) for not being carried out for my apartment. This led to the RACCOONS that live there tearing up the bag and leaving garbage everywhere. They basically told me that it was my fault for not telling them
