The apartments are old, yes, and no central A/C system. But that's no concern for us. We love our apartment and the management and maintenance have been timely whenever we needed a repair done. It is close to restaurants and stores, no stairs to climb (which means nobody above us- a major plus). Only thing is you do hear neighbors walk in their apartment if they walk heavy. Otherwise, the last almost 2 years have been pleasant here.
