These are the best apartments I have ever lived in. The staff is friendly and welcoming, maintenance is always on top of it! The neighbors are very friendly and welcomed me to the neighborhood my first week moving in. The office manager Rachel made the moving process so easy and fun it was like hanging out with a friend. The apartment itself is very large for your typical 2 bedroom and the price is way better than all these new apartments popping up. The grounds are always kept up and clean I honestly have no complaints. I will definitely be staying here a while.

GREAT LOCATION! Very good price for what you get, especially compared to other apartment complexes such as The Havens and Aqua. Neighbors are very friendly! It's so nice to see so many kids out and playing together. Management and maintenance staff are great too! Kathy and Rachel made the move-in process quick and easy, and any minor maintenance calls we had were handled within 24 hours. We can definitely see ourselves calling this place home for the years to come.

We still currently live here so I can not attest to the move out issues other reviewers have had, although alot of the issues others mention are common sense procedures or are in your lease. With that said, I've lived here for a year now and we love it. We hate apartments in general but can't afford a house. They are the cheapest in the area, yes they are older but you really can't tell besides the appliances and cabinets. Office staff is always very friendly and whenever I go in to get my air filter they always ask if anything needs repaired or if there is any issues. Maintenance comes in a timely

This post is real but I didn’t want my name on the review being a former resident . honestly this place seemed like a dream since it is one of the safest places to live in Palm Bay apartment wise. But this place lost all my respect and integrity when they flat out lied and I caught it and proved it. Then on top of that they were petty and didn’t fix the problem the correct way. Instead actually shoved it in my face...Making life more difficult when they were in the wrong. I hope if an owner sees this that they will seriously look into their manager there and fire her. Professionalism and honesty

If I could give 0 starts I would. These people screwed us over every single moment they got. The pretend to be super nice and then they take you for everything you got. You had to call several times to get maintenance & they came at awkward hours if they came at all, washing machines & dryers were always broken. When it came time to move, they said they delivered papers to our door for procedure to either renew our lease or not and they were never received and they told us oh well. We were literally sitting on our porch and watched one of their workers drive around with a stack of manila envelopes

When I moved down here I had never even seen the apartments or the location. I could not have picked a better place. The location is perfect (so close to shopping and the interstate), the apartment was amazing and the complex is so well kept. The office staff was amazing and maintenance was there the same day to fix any issue that arose.

Absolutely horrible!!! DO NOT rent here!!! Management is so rude and inconsiderate. Recently was charged a late fee for not turning in our keys on time. They were due the day after Hurricane Matthew hit. My family and my children had no power no anything so we were staying with other relatives to and helping them get their home back in order. Mind you they wouldn't have gotten the keys until 2 days later when they opened. Manager was very rude, nasty, and completely disrespectful to me as I asked her question regarding my walk through. Slammed the door on my child's face as she walked out. Zero
