Property Management at its core is about people. At PPS, we recognize that landlords can play a vital role in a community and we are committed to help bring housing stability for at risk populations throughout the Philadelphia, Baltimore, and their surrounding communities. We incorporate an active management approach that focuses on bridging resources to challenged populations while tenanted in our properties.
Victor is a Temple University graduate and army veteran. During his army service overseas, Victor worked alongside local officials, security personnel, and U.S government agencies to help spearhead community improvement projects. He joined the PPS team in 2018 to develop and build upon its core principles and mission.
Tenant Placement, Proactive Maintenance, and Accurate Accounting are all intertwined and require innovative and diligent treatment to generate positive cash flow for clients. The leasing team employs a multi-pronged marketing effort to showcase your property and quickly response to seriously interested parties.
We have a specific process in place to handle tenant turnover which includes a written report and photo's comparing the condition when the tenant moved in and out. We determine what is normal wear and tear and what costs need deducting from the tenants security deposit return. We handle all the necessary repairs, complete paint touch ups, and thoroughly clean your property for the next tenant.
PPS Property Services is seeking a General Manager to lead the company's growing property and asset management business. This work supports our parent company's social impact real estate development platform in the Mid Atlantic Region. The GM role is a dynamic leadership position that is ideal for a candidate looking to grow into a career in real estate development and management.

Not responsive and stole from our landlord. She gave the building new ACa but they have their ppl over and steal them. Also dont expect heating from them. And apartment was given to tenant in mountain of dust. Basically renter and landlord stay away, they robbing you both.

I very recently completed the sale of my central London cafe through PPS, it was my first dealing with them and I could not recommend them enough. From the onset they were professional and commited, with the added bonus of being sympathetic and understanding; something desperately needed during the pandemic months. Absolutely horrible management company. They will not respond to maintenance requests or have repairs that should have been made prior to my daughter moving in fixed. You can't get someone on the phone. The message states to submit a request through the portal or email them. I have left voicemails, submitted requests through their portal and have emailed, all of which have gone unanswered. If you are looking for a property and PPS Properties is the management company, I would STRONGLY suggest looking elsewhere

Absolutely horrible management. The landowner allegedly didn't want us to delay our lease by two weeks so that he didn't miss out on the income, and over two weeks into our lease the apartment STILL had not seen one lick of cleaning or repairs from the previous tenants (which moved out only a few days prior), so we paid for an apartment that was not move in ready, which is even more alarming considering COVID cases have been rising. It's been over one month and major items are still outstanding, we don't have use of our oven and our washing machine reeks strongly of mildew and

Super unresponsive, I've never had someone pick up when I call the office number no matter what time of day. Maintenance request ignored or they gaslight you and then ignore it. Didn't had AC or hot water for a week before anyone even responded. Total scam and it's definitely taking advantage of the area to get over on college students. I've dealt with a few different property management companies in this area and they all could use some improvement, but PPS is by far THE WORST. RUN!

They took over managing my apartment in January of this year and things went downhill, fast. They do not respond to calls or return calls. I had a major issue that was never resolved even after months and months of emails (that's the only way they will communicate with you, even if you request a call). If you do have a problem, just know it will either always be a problem, or it will take a very, very long time for a response and solution.

If I could give negative stars I would. THE WORST property group I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They refused to acknowledge our heater was broken and refused to fix it for months while our peco bill skyrocketed and after three months and threatening a lawsuit they came and took a look at it and admitted "oh yeah you guys were right oops". Then come summer when we had a similar issue with the ac. "Yeah we knew this would be an issue but were hoping you guys wouldn't notice." Now they're refusing to release the rest of our security deposits because

My son is renting an apartment through PPS at Temple. There have been multiple break in/attempted break ins at the apartment they manage and they will not let him out of his lease.

Was selling a well known franchise restaurant and after speaking to a few brokers was quite surprised by the large upfront fees that were being quoted with no guarantee of success. Thankfully PPS contacted me and I was impressed with their service - a senior staff member personally came out to visit me and discuss the service and answer all manner of questions I had.
Their fee structure instantly seemed much more reasonable. Glad I went with them as the service was excellent - regular calls to update/check-in with me throughout the process. We didn't get a sale overnight, but there was a good

I own several properties in Philly and PPS Properties has done a phenomenal job managing them for me. I love their flat rates, online portals, customer service, and consistent communication on that status of my property. The fact that I'm across the country in Arizona with these properties scared me. But ever since I hired PPS properties to manage them for me, they're the first ones I recommend to anyone.
