After dealing with an issue as of moving out of our apartment and having to pay additional money for damages, I did speak to property management and express my concerns and they listened and were able to forgive my remaining balance which was greatly appreciated on our end. I was extremely stressed out over this and they got back to me very fast and honestly this is a big weight off of my shoulders. Thank you!

Upon terminating our lease, we were unfairly withheld our entire deposit for minor wear in the home, that did not coincide with agreed deposit charges on the lease agreement, and including things that pre existed in the home upon moving in. On top of that, our tenant portal was miraculously disabled, preventing us from reviewing all of our lease documents and payments. Luckily, we kept a copy of our lease elsewhere, but this seems like sneaky and unprofessional practice. That information should be ours to access, even beyond terminating the lease.

We rented with PMR for a year and a half while living in Philadelphia. Overall I found them to be responsive, helpful and honest. There were clear guidelines about expectations as a tenant and expectations for the property management team. We had an issue with flooding in the basement and we (eventually...it took a few hours to get a call back) got the emergency maintenance crew out to help and they did a great job. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that I found the online portal for paying rent to be cumbersome and confusing. They ask you to set up autopay, which we did, but then

My experience with renting my last apartment through PMR was absolutely wonderful. I've rented through a few different property management companies during my time in Philadelphia (I've been living in this city going on 8 years now) and PMR was by far the best! John was incredibly helpful as a property manager - he was always quick to respond to all of my questions, maintenance requests, etc. and addressed any issues I had in a timely manner. I never had to wait less than 24 hours for anything to be addressed and there were

PMR has been managing my investment property for over a year and has been the easiest experience. Their attention to detail, knowledge of the industry, and pleasant communication with my tenants has been a delight.
