Application fees are $50 per person 18 and older occupying the apartment. You may pay these online with a bank account, by credit card (a small fee will apply), or with a personal or cashier's check to the office. All application fees are nonrefundable. Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two and a half times the rent amount.
Our community requires renter's insurance to protect each resident's property. Please provide a confirmation of coverage by bringing the leasing office a declaration page from your insurance company. A minimum of $100,000.00 in liability insurance in required and Park Commons Apartments must be listed as an interested party.

Moved in on Sep 2020 and can’t find a reason to want to move away. The beautiful ladies in the office are always terrific and the community here is even better, especially hanging out with the pool posse during the summer. The location is ideal for any commute and the maintenance crew are always prompt and easy to deal with. Plus not many places would allow an 140lb mastiff like this place so we are happy as can be! Bring more food trucks!

I just moved here about 6 months ago and I love it! It is very quiet and the ground are always kept up! If I have a maintenance issue, they are alway quick to respond and to fix the problem. You can’t beat the location as well! Over all great place!

I have lived here for a little over a year, I love it so much. The staff is so sweet and gets things done very quickly. They are very pet friendly with a dog park and a path to walk your animal. The pool is always clean and well kept. The neighbors are very sweet and considerate. This is a perfect place to live. My family and friends love coming over, the apartment is spacious for families. I love it here!

Grounds are always clean, buildings are lit up and the building numbers are easy to read and lit up at night and follow a predictable pattern. Door labels are easy to read and are lettered in a normal fashion and arent wacky like some around here. Never been in a unit. As far as apartment buildings in this area go 10/10.
