The Greenmar Apartments are located in beautiful Fenton, MO. Greenmar Apartments has two-bedroom apartments with great amenities inside the apartments. There are also great community amenities here as well such as an outdoor swimming pool, a clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, and much more. Not to mention that this community is pet friendly.
I truly can't brag on greenmar enough! The residents are friendly, the maintenance is always helpful IF needed but in my 3 years here they have barely been needed and the office staff is some of the most friendly people I've ever met. Especially Ashton! She is the one who signed us and has truly been here for us through our entire stay!
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee $2500 and concessions must be paid back for the months used. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

I have lived here since March of this year, and I am so happy with everything so far. I recently had a small issue with a bathroom fixture leak, and when I submitted a work order, I expected it would take a few days for someone to come out. To my surprise, by the time I got home from work the SAME DAY, it had been replaced. I am grateful for the prompt service, and I am happy I chose Greenmar! Thank you to everyone in the office for being so helpful and accommodating. I appreciate you very much!

I have been living here for 2 yrs now! Because I’m taking up travel nursing I must sadly leave! Aston and Nikki have been nothing but helpful and supportive during my stay! When ever I need the simplest things done it’s never a problem with those two! Whenever I call the office or walk into the building I’m always greeted with a friendly face and smile! Thank you ladies for making my stay a great experience because of y’all alone I would recommend these apt!

When I moved here, I was beginning to rebuild my life as a single mom after a bitter divorce. I will never forget surprising my daughter by bringing her here to show her our new home. The place was spotless and felt so ready to move in. I didn't have to come in and scrub and clean on top of everything else going on. The lady responsible, Wanda, is beyond amazing. After meeting her, she not only made my daughter and I feel at home and welcome and safe, I also learned how dedicated she is to making sure every apartment she goes into is thoroughly cleaned and ready. She takes great pride in her work

We are going on our 3rd year at Greenmar and very pleased with living here and the service we get. If I had an issue, questions or service problems they are quick to get it resolved or help. I love the office team in this community. Specially Nikki at the office. Many times has she been very helpful, kind and understanding. The neighborhood is great and quiet. The school district rocks. We are thankful for our time here.

I have been a resident at Greenmar Apartments for a little over 10 years.. The apartments are very clean and easy to maintain.. The office staff here is great.. I am especially found of Ashton in the office.. She is super friendly, easy to talk to and ALWAYS willing to help in any situation.. She and the rest of the office staff here really care about helping and assisting the residents in any way they can.. The maintenance staff here is also really great too.. They are prompt, friendly and efficient.. All the buildings back up to wooded areas giving the complex a sense of privacy and peaceful
